At home, relax each morning with coffee on your private balcony. Inside, you’ll find modern, coastal decor and an open, airy layout, making the space ideal for group gatherings. The chef will love the full, well-equipped kitchen; everyone can grab a bite together at the table before heading out. Spend time relaxing in the central air-conditioning each evening, or get cozy in front of the gas fireplace if it’s chilly outside. Entertainment options include three streaming-capable TVs, a DVD player, and free WiFi. End the night as you began the day, back out on the balcony - but this time, toasting your good luck at booking such a sweet Ocean City escape.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
