Sunset Daze offers a clean, comfortable, convenient stay in Ocean City, MD. Located directly on the open bay (not a canal), you won't want to leave. The unit is located on the first floor with a large balcony that steps down to a huge rear deck/pier. Watch the sunset, fish, crab, boat, kayak, paddleboard, jet ski, sail or just relax....it's all in our 'back yard'! Condo is located off of 94th Street with restaurants such as Liquid Assets, Kirby's, Lombardi's and Blue Fish for sushi and Japanese cuisine. All within walking distance. Also ACME grocery store. For entertainment, The OC Art League which has a gallery, offers classes and has a gift shop area. Tennis and basketball courts and large play ground. It's a perfect area for a getaway.

Terrific location. We sat on the porch in the morning and occasionally saw dolphins, only a few feet away. The place is a little dated. The beds are very comfortable.We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and as billed out the sunsets were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook at home vs going out to eat every night. Non-stick pans were in great shape so you can tell they replace them as needed. Lots of games and videos for entertainment if staying in. Convenient to be on the first floor. All in all a nice relaxing vacation.

Wonderful quiet vacation spot

Perfect location, well stocked with everything you need. Fishing and crabbing was great. Owner gets back to you every quickly.The sunset was amazing every evening. You honestly could not asking for anything better. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back.

Great stay!

Great location! very clean. A/Cs kept the condo cool. we cooked the most nights. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and etc... the stove/oven worked great as well. There were tons of towels. And the view was tranquil. Crabbed everyday. Yum

Excellent view!

We had a great time! Condo was clean, beds are comfortable, shower was hot and the view was amazing. Fully stocked kitchen made meals at home easy! I brought my own sheets and towels but they are provided which is nice when trying to pack light. Dawn was very responsive with any questions. I hope to stay again!

The condo was very nice, On the Bay with a beautiful view, We had a rainy Weekend so it was nice to have a Condo and not just a room, the beds were comfy The Watson's were great to work with and deposit has been returned already. and I would rent it again

Beautiful condo

The condo looked just like the pictures, very beautiful. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the wifi had a strong signal. The best part is the balcony and overlooking the water, great place to relax as the area was very quiet but just a short drive to the beach, restaurant, boardwalk etc. Only negative would be, check out is at 11 AM but the cleaning lady was already knocking at our door at 9:30 AM so we felt rushed checking out as we were still asleep. Overall, would recommend staying here.

We initially had major problems with the cleaning lady who was responsible for cleaning the unit. She basically never cleaned it at all. The owner had put us up in a hotel for 1 night and come the following day to clean and resolve the issues. This unit is very basic and dated with old furniture, old appliances, old towels, and old dishes, utensils, pots, etc. There are window unit air conditioners that blow directly on the bed and the sofa so difficult to control that. The view of the bay was nice.

Great location for a quiet family vacation. The condo had everything needed for a family getaway. Everything was so clean and well organized. Loved the appliance garage. Plenty of dish-ware, drink-ware, pots and pans, etc. You will not get better views of the sunset than from this corner unit. The labels in the linen closet eliminated any confusion about where to return items. We enjoyed crab fishing from the deck when we were all “beached out” and having ACME in such close proximity was a godsend. We were amazed at how quiet the property was, oftentimes feeling we were the only ones staying there. It was extremely hot and humid during our stay but it was comfortable sitting by the bay. The AC in the unit kept it more than comfortable when sitting indoors. The water pressure in both of the bathrooms was fantastic and it was great to have two while traveling with multiple people. We highly recommend staying at this property especially for those looking for nearness to the beach and other amnesties without the crowds nearer to the Boardwalk P.S. make it a priority to dine at Liquid Assests on the corner of 94th You will not be disappointed

We invited my husband's sister and her husband to visit Ocean City Md and we chose this condo because it was on the bay and we loved it! It was in a beautiful location, it was very clean, and It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked.. Thank You so much !*** The only issue was once we got the key out of the lock box we had difficulty getting the lock box open to return the key,,but There were 2 additional keys in the condo so that was great. If you are thinking of coming here...just book it now.. You will be happy you did. Very comfortable beds and furniture,, More spacious then it looks in the photos. Thanks for a great vacation🏖

perfect location!

4 Senior citizens were looking for a quiet bay front condo to vacation together for 1 week. Boy were we ever excited to find Sunset Daze. Although much of the week wasn't perfect weather, since it was early spring, we couldn't complain. By the end of the week we saw magnificent sunsets and one night even a full rainbow. The accommodations were exactly as posted. The condo was spotless, beds comfy and kitchen and pantry and linen closet stocked as if we were home! All communications with the owners before and during our stay were pleasant and questions answered immediately. We spent an afternoon at Springfest at the boardwalk and that was lovely. So many eateries in a short distance and every place we ate was wonderful. We were sad to leave and hope one day to return to this perfect condo in a perfect spot!

Fabulous stay in OC

We were a group of 3 adults going to OC for the very first time. Check in process was easy and communication with Dawn was very quick and friendly. The property is on the west side of OC on the bay side so you get some spectacular sunset views. While some people would say the place is starting to show its age, it was clean and well stocked with pretty much everything you would need. Our only minor quip was that the air conditioners were on the loud side but we needed to use some a/c due to the heat. Having a dishwasher was nice as we did make a bunch of meals and enjoyed them on the back porch. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are super friendly. It's about a 15 minute walk to the main street where you'll be able to get pretty much anything you would need. It's about another 5 minute walk to OC beach which was amazing. Sand is nice, waves were a bit strong at times but we really enjoyed our beach time. Overall, it was a great week spent in OC. Thanks for having us!

first of all my white socks turned black on the bottom in the time it took to make the bed. Cabinets and counter tops were sticky and I cleaned them. but we had rented because of the covered porch and the view as my husband was recovering from a near death heart attack. we needed a quiet rest. we arrived late Saturday and were out most of Sunday, we awoke Monday morning to jack hammer noises so loud we had to turn up tv volume and we could not speak to each other on the porch. there were scaffolds and men removing the outer layer of concrete from the buildings next door something that had already been done to our building. we were not informed. we left and went home. weeks of anticipation and expenses down the drain. owner refunded 740 of the almost 1500 we spent. Taxes, service fee and cleaning are not refundable... why? not our fault we could not enjoy the vacation we so much needed. we are 76 yo and this is no small expense. have used vrbo for years but this has certainly made us very wary.

Beautiful on the Bay

The view and location are wonderful. Right on the Bay. So relaxing and peaceful. The condo had everything we needed and more. The furniture was comfy and the bed was great. The balcony facing the Bay was furnished with nice furniture for eating or just relaxing. The location is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Communication with the owners was great. We definitely plan to stay again.

Best crabbing and fishing condo in OC!

This is a lovely condo in a quiet building, just steps to your own personal fishing and crabbing spot. My husband was in heaven! He truly did not want to leave and wants to stay 2 weeks next year. Condo is stocked and the hosts are very friendly and helpful. This place is 5 stars.

All about the view

We have happily rented here before! My one complaint would be the cleaning. Everything was surface cleaned. From the time we arrived, we kept coughing & coughing. When we left the condo for a good part of the day, our coughing subsided. When we returned, it would start up all over again. Possibly something they used to clean, or possibly sprayed to preveny bugs. The full bath shower liner was a bit nasty, and we had to scrub that tub. (My suggestion, since there is an outer shower curtain, plus the liner...why not go to the dollar store and purchase the $1 liners. This way the inside liner could be thrown out after each rental.) No one want's to see a nasty looking liner when going to get a shower. The people who live in and own the condos are very friendly. The area is peaceful & quiet. Wonderful place for the laid back people who want to enjoy the sunset & sunrises from the patio, or boardwalk. I appreciate that it is not a loud partying place! Viewing location is PERFECT!!
