Private resort living in a professionally and FULLY Renovated and Decorated in November 2022, just 5 min from famous Indian Rocks Beach! St Pete and Clearwater beach about 15-20 Min. This villa is the perfect place to celebrate and rejuvenate with friends and family. Kitchen is fully stocked! What a FUN place! The backyard and Pool will glow at night! It is so serene and private. Pool Table, Foosball and Smart TVs in all rooms will keep you all entertained! ** INQUIRE about special for a longer stay, 28 days or more!

The house was spacious and the beds comfortable. The host did a great job of anticipating our needs - we mentioned that there weren’t very many cups and a stack appeared on the doorstep. We also noticed no pool cues, but that same day, cue sticks arrived.

We had a great time. The house is very clean and organized. Very good location, the pool was big, comfortable beds, the kitchen have everything you need for meals, I would go back again, thank you!!!

Had a great time. The house, overall, was great and had what we needed (other than a wine bottle opener, so bring your own). The pool table cues needed new tips to really be functional though and the foosball table only had a ping pong ball to use which was very disappointing since these items were part of the reason we booked the home. The pool was great though even though there was a bit of an ant infestation around it. We just floated around the pool instead of laying on the loung chairs, so we didn't have to deal with the little buggers. The owner was great. We had an issue with the grill and the day after we let him know, he had a new one delivered to the house! You can't beat that. If the other small items I mentioned are addressed, we would definitely stay here again!

We were overall satisfied with this stay! The location was great—close to the beach, restaurants, and stores. The house and pool were very clean. The host quickly responds to messages and was very helpful. The house maybe could have been stocked better with toilet paper, dishwasher pods, and utensils for bigger groups.

Great place!

Big group of girls stayed here and it was a great place to hang out and relax and close to the beach with a quick Uber! Enough beds for us all and enough room to spread out.

Pretty good experience overall. Nice house and location, however it ended up being the typical minimal effort VRBO. The house was beautiful and they did a good job on the remodel, however there were some notable items, even at this price point.It was dirty. Clean for the most part, but dirty. Foot prints from previous guests. The filters over the stove are completely clogged with grease. Dusty furniture. The knobs on the stove had drippings on the bottom of the knobs. The coffee pot had burnt on coffee. The garbage disposal has something lodged in it and there was a plastic spatula melted around the heating element in the dish washer. The bath mat in the second bathroom was disgusting. We had to pull it out and scrub the tub. We basically spent the first half of our first day cleaning. The second bath also had a dripping toilet that would half flush itself every 40ish minutes, which I didn't discover until trying to sleep.There are no oven mitts, the knife block had a few knives with food on them or rusted and the counters were not clean at all. We also found 2 plates that also had food stuck to them, front and back. Minimal stuff like I said, just disappointing that we had to do the cleanup. The biggest disappointment was that the pool, while highlighted in the ad as "HEATED POOL" was 69 degrees when we arrived. The pool pump only turned on in the afternoon, and it took several days to reach 77 degrees...we basically were not able to swim during our stay

Excellent location to Clear water and St. Petersburg and must stay!

Beautifully renovated home! Cozy, slept well with comfy beds. Spacious and well equipped with all the essentials. Awesome pool beautifully landscaped! Great location, must stay and would recommend! Thank-you Herman for an amazing stay.

Senior trip spring break

We took our daughters on their senior year spring break. The house was close to everything and there was plenty of room. The pool and outdoor area were very nice. Herman was very helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable stay

Nice and clean upon arrival. Plenty of room to spread out and have your own space. Pool was fun. Only downside was landscaping needs a little sprucing up.

Highly recommend!

This property was lovely inside and SO clean! We did have a few questions and Herman responded immediately to everything we needed. Communication was easy and outstanding. Easy drive to get to the gulf and various beaches. We enjoyed our stay here and think you will too.!

Great stay for the cost!

The location was convenient! Close to stores and food and not a far drive to the beach at all. Herman was easy to get a hold of when we had questions or needed anything. The house is 100% perfect and has some flaws but nothing that effected our stay at all! The pool was big! Our group of 14 enjoyed that and the pool table in the garage very much. There was plenty of sleeping space and space to spread out while we enjoyed our days there. I would definitely stay again and recommend the house to others.

Very nice property.

Met our needs. Accurate online description. Pool table a plus. Pet friendly a plus. Pool was cleaned the day after we arrived. The backyard could use a little maintenance. Grass was sparse and there were areas that were muddy. Overall a nice property.

Christmas in Tampa

Size and location was just perfect for my large extended family. The room set ups favored our family size and the setting of the pool was perfect especially at night. A few issues with cleanliness but nothing major that we couldn’t handle. We weren’t able to use the pool due to weather and conditions of the pool. My brother did clean with the skimmer and after contacting the host added more water. The WFI was spotty on a daily basis, mostly at night as we were out during the day. I can highly recommend Benedict’s for breakfast or lunch and Forchetta’s for dinner. Overall it was a great stay and would rent again.

MCM with a pool

Peaceful stay. Enough room for our family of 6. Arrived and the house was not cleaned. There were ants everywhere. We cleaned up. The pool was beautiful and a perfect temperature. We had issues with the Wi-Fi. It would cut in and out randomly. We excused it as due to the neighborhood damage from the storms. The neighborhood was very peaceful and had a school down the street. As it was a weekend, it was very quiet.

AVOID-AVOID-AVOID-MUST AVOID-We have serious concerns over our stay. The property is advertised as a Luxury home. In reality, it is no where near advertised. There are numerous safety issues and the house was extremely dirty. There are so many issues that this does not allow enough space to cover them all. Additionally, we could not get prompt responses or any response at all from the host. It was so bad, a member of our party would not stay as planned due to the conditions. Upon arrival we had to wait for the entry code and forced to complete a late check-in. Upon entry, the dirty conditions were immediately apparent. Filthy floors, dirty counters, dirt and filth everywhere. Food residue from previous guests, old water left in the Kureg to mold, dirty beds without mattress covers, ETC. The garage was disgusting, even though it is set up as a game room, it was unusable. We spent hours cleaning on our first night and continued the next day, just to get it to a tolerable point. SAFETY CONCERNS and broken equipment issues were the next thing that struck us. The foosball table broken, the glass shower door that overlapped itself and was in jeopardy of falling off the hinges, outdoor furniture rusted and broken and unsafe to sit in, a rusty metal plate in the garage floor was a trip hazard and posed significant risk to injury from the sharp edges & pool tiles missing. I could go on.....What was supposed to be a resting and therapeutic stay became a stressful and expensive waste.

Filth on garage floor, stained and sticky
Filthy mattress covered in stains and hair with no mattress cover
outdoor furniture broken, rusted, unusable and unsafe including the couch and the chaise lounges

Stunningly renovated! this is not a typical AirBnB. Definitely more Luxurious and upscale! Created for you with great comfort, design and functionality in mind! Amazing location close to Indian Rock Beach and other best Florida beaches. Our 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom h, 2000 SF Home is located in a cozy, quiet suburban neighborhood just minutes to beautiful beaches! This house has everything you need for a wonderful visit to Tampa Bay. Comfortable Hybrid memory gel and motion Isolating Individually Wrapped Coils mattresses, a full stainless steel kitchen stocked with all the tools you need, (5) 4K Smart TVs, washer & dryer and of course fast WiFi! The backyard with bistro light, BBQ Grill and comfortable seating is the perfect way to end your evenings while visiting St Petersburg and Tampa Bay area.

This place can comfortably sleep 14 people. There is a sofa/futon in the king bed room that can sleep an additional person.
