THE SPACE:
Upon entering this conceptually breathtaking home, guests will be inspired by an impressive sense of openness and unobstructed access to all spaces within. The main level floorplan includes a large kitchen, bar seating, a dining table for 8, a fireside lounge area as well as a dedicated office space. The southern aspect of this great room is made up of massive windows with unobstructed and jaw dropping views of the Wilson Range, rolling mesas and the region’s most curious herd of elk. Guests can seamlessly enter the integrated outdoor space that adjoins to the great room that includes an outdoor lounge, firepit and gas grill.

The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is located on the main level with incredible views of the Wilson Range. There is a second bedroom also located on the main level with equally stunning vistas. Upstairs there is a TV lounge with wet bar, wine fridge and a TV to write home about! This space integrates with a gem of a viewing deck that faces south-west and provides front row seats to our spectacular sunsets. Enjoy comfortable patio furniture and a gas fireplace to ensure your apre’ scene is of the highest caliber!

Also on the second level are two large bedrooms both with ensuite bathrooms and access to a private balcony that faces north and the Sneffels Mountain range.

Your host will give you access to FREE Dial-a-Ride transportation anywhere in Mountain Village. Want to go to town? Just hop on the FREE gondola (located in the village core) for a quick (and jaw dropping) 13-minute ride from start to stop!
