We live on a unique sewer system, please be mindful:
DO NOT put any food down the sink & DO NOT put anything except toilet paper down toilets. Subject to maintance fines if violated.


We strive to provide an exceptional experience. House rules are mandatory, and an additional $400 cleaning fee will apply if House is left in unfavorable condition. An additional $500 for each person not listed on reservation and guests arriving with pets will be asked to leave without refund. And lastly, because we are in a fire zone ; smoking is absolutely forbidden and will incur a fee of $1000 if violated.
