HOUSE IN PRIME LOCATION WITH HUGE POOL & SPA

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. It's located 7 mins from universal Studios, 15 mins from Hollywood, 20 mins from six flags/Magic mountains. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, has a large pool and Jacuzzi that can be heated.
There is an additional cost to heat the pool or spa (it’s optional).
Heating the spa is $175 for up to 3 days, $250 for up to 6 days (i6 days or more please ask privately).
Heating the pool is $250 per day, 3 days minimum.
There's a large pool table in the living room and a bar (see pictures, it’s great for hosting).
All 3 bathrooms are new! Large master bedroom with exit the pool.
Close to freeways, restaurants, markets & Starbucks.

Everything seem to be there, but it was very old and antiquated and dirty didn’t want to use anything didn’t wanna cook bear so we just ordered out and that’s not what I want. I plan on making meals to save money, but unfortunately, that wasn’t a place to cook. there was a little done as possible to pass as a B&B.

Clean!!!

My family met in LA for Universal Studios trip and the property was perfect. It was a quick drive around 15 min to Universal Studios Hollywood, which was helpful for tired kids and adults after an all day fun. The property was very clean. The bathrooms were newly remodeled. We brought stuff to cook. The oven is pretty old so it didn’t really get hot but there was a small toaster which was fine to bake. The contact person was available and very quick to answer anything we needed. The check in and out is convenient and easy. Had a wonderful stay at the property.

Good property, location, and experience

The only miscommunication was in the listing. It's listed as a 5 bedroom, however there are only 4 bedrooms. One of them does have 2 beds. Other than that, the house is nice, inside and out. It has all of the amenities. The pool table and bar were great for entertainment, and it leads directly to the pool and jacuzzi. Unfortunately we couldn't use them, since it rained all weekend. The house was very clean, and the rooms and beds were very comfortable. The owner was communicative, and in all, renting through Vrbo and this owner was a great experience. Thank you.

We were kicked out on the last day by the owner who walked in our rooms while some of us were naked

I had inquired about adding an extra day since we had late flights on the 3rd, the owner assured us we can stay on the 3rd and check out at 4pm, but at around 11 a lady walked in and started stripping the beds demanding for us to leave as they had to clean and get the house ready,she threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t leave in 15minutes, how can you expect a group of 10 people to pack and leave in 15minutes, I had booked this property since end of July, why did she book someone else on the same day we were to stay till 4pm? I had offered to pay for this extra day why did she book it with other people? Why didn’t she call me the day before to let me know the house was already booked? We understand it’s your house but you don’t walk in the bedroom without knocking while there are naked people.There was no communication from her not on my personal phone and not on my vrbo account.she ruined our vacation. When we have late flights we pay for an extra fee to stay at the house and when I booked for this house the 3rd was still available why was the house offered to someone else while we were there? Being rude and insulting and threatening us isn’t the way we conduct our businesses. Such an embarrassment being treated like trash after we paid for it. We didn’t even have time to shower or organize our luggages we had to go to a park to figure things out. I would never recommend this to anyone no one deserves this kind of treatment.

So many lies!!! You asked on for early check in and I approved it with no extra charge. We never talked about late check out!! Not once, not on VRBO and not in text messages. You booked your stay until a certain day, I’m allowed to book new guests on the same day. I do it all the time but when I have a good guess I don’t have problems like I had with you. I texted in the morning a reminder that check out is at 11:00 am. The cleaning lady was there at 11:00 am, she knocked on the door and you opened the door!! She never “walked in” without permission. When she walked in no one was ready. She called me all scared and terrified by the person who yelled at her that I had to call someone from the security company to come and be with her to keep her safe from your group of people. You left the house filthy!! Smell of alcohol cigarettes and dirt everywhere. You said you will be a group of 7 but came 12 people! You asked for extra bedding because “some people don’t sleep with other people”. No, you came 12 people so you needed extra bedding. Loud music, screaming at the pool and inside the house, all the neighbors around complained. It’s a shame that adults treat a house like you and your group did. I would never rent the house to you again, and hope other hosts will see this and won’t approve you. Money not worth what you and your group did to my house and the way you treated the cleaning lady and me!

Beautiful home

The home was beautiful, easy to get a hold of the owner. We did have trouble with the hot tub but the owner had someone over with in 15mins of me texting her. When that didn't work she had the pool guy over the next morning. My only complaint would be there was mention of a charge to heat the pool and when I ask about it she said there was. We choose this home because we didn't see a charge for it. She was very nice about us wanting to check in early.

Great location

We stayed in the house for three nights with a group of 8 adults. We had plenty of space. House is beautiful with nice pool area and sits in a great location to discover the main attraction of Los Angeles. Communication with the owner was always very good. Answers were very quick and always helpful. I would stay again in this place and can recommend it.

Fantastic home away from home!

This was the perfect spot for our friend vacation/reunion. We watched the super bowl one day, spent the next day at universal, and hung out in the hot tub during all the times in between. The place was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfortable and we had an absolute blast! The host was easy to communicate with and helped us immediately when we had an issue with the ovens working. We absolutely recommend this place and we hope to return one day!
