This beautiful condo interior has been professionally designed by West Eleven Lane. It’s situated at the Buena Vista Lagoon and lives up to its name with scenic views of the lagoon, ocean, and wildlife. Guests will enjoy beautiful sunsets from living room, balcony, or patio spaces. With doors that open wide, sea breezes flow through the home. Enjoy the peace and quiet or take a short walk/bike into downtown Carlsbad where you will find many great bars, restaurants, and shopping.

The Space

Designed to offer a serene and calming space where you can get away from the stresses of your day-to-day life and bask in the relaxing goodness that is SoCal living.

We encourage you to get out and explore the area. This home is within walking distance to downtown Carlsbad that has many shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants for every taste. There’s also beautiful beaches and hikes for those that want to soak up the sun. Kids are more than welcome and will be excited to check out the many playgrounds and fun activities in the area. LEGOLAND, Carlsbad Strawberry Fields, and San Diego Zoo/Safari Park are all a short drive away.

Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals while watching the sunset.

The unit also include a 65” smart TV with all the streaming apps. Complimentary high speed internet access. You can also play one of the board games, or curl up on a lounge chair to read a good book. It’s impossible not to feel relaxed in the beautifully designed space.

Two bedrooms, sleep sofa and 2.5 bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, fold out couch (full size) comforter, extra pillows, sheets, iron and board, and pack n play crib hangers in both walk in closets. Both bathroom feature dual head showers with a hand held and rainfall shower heads.


THINGS TO KNOW
Cleaned and disinfected before and after every stay, and self-check-in.
Beach towels, beach chairs, and one beach umbrella are provided.
Please no smoking, no pets, no parties, and no events at this home.

Parking notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. There is assigned parking for two cars in the underground parking garage.

The condo was perfect for our long weekend in Carlsbad. we very much enjoyed the view from all of the outdoor spaces. We were able to take some time and relax by the pool and hot tub as well. ease of access to the garage and location were perfect. The home was clean and well appointed. We will definitely rent again when in the area.

The Unit was lovely as was the View ,but I thought we were within walking distance of the beach.We did enjoy the pool though.Bathrooms lacked towel racks , No cleaning supplies or paper towels,and as we had children with us ,that would have been helpful.If it had laundry supplies I would have been happy to tend to linens and towels used .I've stayed in 2 other VRBO unit.They were both in USVI and both hosts provided ABSOLUTELY everything.It is very nice and proximity to restaurants and shops was Good..I'd recommend this unit to others..And a big Thank You to the Host

Overall the place was great. It was advertised with AC, but we couldn’t find thermostat. There were tiny ants in bathrooms and kitchen Also the faucet in master shower need replacing it sprays all over. Location was great and it had nice furniture to sit outside.

Convenient location. Wish there was A/C as the weekend we stayed was extremely hot and humid. Thank you for your hospitality. FYI: There were sings in the parking notifying the residence of the water being turned off for 4-6 hours the next day which gave us a scare. We called you and left you a message. Fortunately we were able to talk to a neighbor and discovered the this applied to the date we checked in and already had passed.

LEGOLAND

The property was ideally located for us. We love Carlsbad and we’re here to take our children to LEGOLAND. There were 5 of us. The rental was well stocked and had everything we needed. Beautiful views and sunsets as well as little hummingbirds on the balcony daily. We would stay here again. Ross was always very responsive to our needs. A

Comfortable unit with beautiful views

We’re in the area to look at housing options for a relocation. The property was clean with a well-equipped kitchen, nice patio setup, on-site parking and in unit laundry. Very comfortable beds. Walkable to Carlsbad Village. Ross was very responsive both before and during our stay. Wish we would have had more time to relax and enjoy the views and check out the pool area. Maybe next time!

Nice but...

The property is lovely with a beautiful view and was clean. The one significant disappointment was our finding that the online posting inaccurately included an additional king size bed in the common area which was not present and that impacted our plans for accommodating our guests notably. Despite having booked the property six months prior, the inaccuracy in the posting remained present even through until after our stay.

Nice Property

Very nice well decorated property. Excellent parking situation and 20 minute walk to the Village. Slight negative is no air conditioning but that shouldn’t matter most times of the year.

Great Decor and Location

It was a good stay. The only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the unit. I should have realized when I booked the place, but didn't realize it. In the hottest months, this is an issue. Not enough breeze from the water and the place needs bigger and more fans during this time of the year. Other than this one issue which is a big one, it is a great place to stay and would stay in the cooler months. August just wasn't ideal.

Carlsbad Weekend

Very nice property on the Lagoon in Carlsbad. Gorgeous interior and very light and bright. We had an excellent stay. With no A/C and humid weekend, the downstairs felt too hot at night, but felt great upstairs with windows and door open. Only critique would be age of complex, and dirty exterior, and common area amenities not kept up. Besides that, the unit itself was quite beautiful.

This is a beautiful property, with lovely views. It is in great condition and included amenities. There is a balcony off the living room, with that view. Off the master bedroom is a great, huge patio for those entertaining more guests. It’s an easy car ride to other locations. You will enjoy this Thank you Linda and George

Incredible View!!!!

Family getaway with my husband, two adult daughters and 12-year-old son. We had a great stay. The place is decorated so cute and was stocked with everything you could need including some fun games. The beds were very comfortable too! My only complaint would be having no air conditioning downstairs where the bedrooms are and not wanting to leave the doors open due to it being on the ground floor. It wasn't too bad though; the fans help, and I think it was more humid than usual when we were there. Also, I didn't realize there is no view from the large bottom deck with all the furniture. But we ended up using the smaller upper deck off the main living level instead because the view is sooo beautiful! It's so peaceful and picturesque! To me the view made up for any negative. It was gorgeous!!!!

Great unit with high-end furnishings and a great view. Townhome is in a prime location walking distance to Carlsbad Village. Host was responsive to a few items that came up.

Beautiful Decor

The interior of this property/unit is serenely decorated. It was a pleasure to spend most evenings enjoying sunsets on the upper level deck. It was a pleasure to stay here and hope to return! Yoga mats would be a nice edition.
