Ideal Hamptons rental on cul de sac, centrally located 10 minutes from Southampton village restaurants and shopping. Our home is nicely decorated and fully furnished to make you feel right at home whether you are relaxing or having a good time with family and friends. As it is New York, please note after September the pool will be closed and will only open after Memorial Day weekend!

Girls trip

Was an awesome spot for our girls trip! Enough beds to accommodate 14 people comfortably and the pool was amazing!

When we arrived there was garbage surrounding a dumpster on the front lawn, garbage from the previous party strewn about in the front and back and a rundown car and golf cart in the driveway. All the appliances had some issue or didn’t work

This property is not what is listed. The deck is very dangerous and the pool is falling apart. No central air and the house is unkept. More like a rundown party house rather than a family vacation home.

Great Hampton House

This was perfect for me and my friends to stay for a couple of days! The property was gorgeous, neighbors were great, however there were definitely things that needed updates like the kitchenware, cabinets and bathrooms. But overall had an amazing time!

Great house for group gatherings

The house was very spacious, clean and all amenities listed were available to use. Only thing I'd mention is that one of the showers weren't working and we were not able to connect to the wifi but, the host was very responsive during our stay. Late to respond prior to booking but, overall my group had a great experience, the surrounding area is beautiful. The pool and backyard area was nice, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are looking to have a large group gathering with friends and family.

Great but needs some maintenance

Loved the location and the property. Lots of space and we really liked the security system. Perfect for my sisters bachelorette and looked great when we decorated. Place looks just like the pictures but could use some maintenance work on the windows and pool deck.

Family Week

Our family enjoyed this beautiful, spacious home! There was plenty of room for the 11 of us!! The pool was great and the pool table was so much fun!! I would go back in a heart beat!! The outside deck is a little dated and in need of some repair and the hot tub was not very inviting but everything else was great!! I would go back!!!

Hi, the house was a complete mess. Every single bedroom had stained sheets of oil or something it was very gross. There were old used qtips from previous guests under the beds and on the floors. My husband who stayed in the king bedroom woke up with 3 spiders on top of him. There was mold all over the ceiling in the bedroom jn the basement with a queen and full and couldn’t even use that room. Besides the house being completely uncleanly I tried to message the host every single day for the week leading up about check in and never heard from him once. We are extremely disappointed in our stay and would like to be compensated appropriately for it.

Very nice house

The house was as described and worked out perfectly for me and my family. There are a few things that could use a lttle TLC, like having the blinds fully operational in all of the rooms but not too many houses are perfect. There were some earlier reviews about cleanliness but the house was clean for us.

Relaxing Bachelorette Weekend

The house was much bigger than it seemed and definitely suited for entertaining medium to large groups with the pool, hot tub and beach volleyball court. The location is secluded but close to plenty of amenities with lots of private parking on site which was great for our group of 8 that all arrived separately. We appreciated how clean the house was made by the cleaning team that was working hard to finish up as we were checking in. Although we were not expecting a full house on arrival, the crew was able to work around us setting up and leave us with a very tidy place. The house was kept at a briskly refreshing temperature as was the pool. Overall we had a great weekend and would reserve the property again if welcomed back.

To be very honest, the house is huge and has a lot of potential. I am sure previous renters are the ones who have damaged things around the house. So it first started with the ant situation. We saw a couple in the bathroom, then the kitchen, but then they started coming out of the wooden floors. We sent to host messages and pictures of certain things around the house that were not clean and we cae to an understanding. After checkout the host stop answering. Again, the house is very nice but you cannot rely on the cleanlinesss. Bring your sheets.

Girls weekend / bachelorette party

We had a great stay at the house. However, there were a few things that definitely needed improvements. The pool deck is old and had a many places where the boards were sunk in and in need of replacement which made it hard to walk around safely. Also, when we arrived there was only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and not enough hand soap in each bathroom so we had to go out and purchase our own. Other than that, the place was clean and we enjoyed the open space in the home. We would stay again but we would hope they would redo the deck by then!

SadnessWhen we arrived at 4 pm to check in, there was an SUV in the driveway with two flat tires. Upon entering the home, there were flip flops and a tube of lip gloss on the dirty entryway rug. We weren’t sure if someone was in the house (pretty scary), after calling out with no one answering, we entered. The house hadnt been cleaned an it was Post Frat Party dirty. A cupboard in the kitchen was ripped off its hinges. There were so many towels strewn around the house. A light fixture was broken, a towel bar was missing. The pool was dirty and murky. They offered to have a cleaning crew come, but by this time it was 4:30 on a Friday. We were very unhappy with the situation. We decided to find another place to stay. As we were leaving at 5, a single cleaning lady showed up. There was no way she could have cleaned the entire home in a reasonable amount of time. We called VRBO and have been trying to get our money back, making no progress. Do not rent this house. Reviews were good when we booked the place in July. 10s mixed in with 1s and 2s ?????

Review

This property was a wonderful spot for a girls weekend; however, it was really tough communicating with the owner. He/she waited until the day of to provide check in details - after I followed up 5 times asking for an update. The air conditioning didn’t work on the top floor so it felt like a sauna, there were bugs in the bath tub in the master, dirty sheets, and not enough towels. The house itself is a cute hamptons cottage; but the accommodations were awful. Stains on the bed sheets, pool table, etc. the property overall felt dirty.

Hamptons Getaway with the Girls

My college friends and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hampton Bays! The house was lovely and very clean. There was more than enough space for all of us to spread out and each claim our own bedroom. Although the weather was not very nice, we enjoyed our time in the house, cooking meals, playing pool, and chatting in the living room. The only issue we had was the dishwasher not working and we couldn’t figure out how to light the fireplace (maybe a missing remote?) I would encourage the property owner to reach out earlier before people’s stay to discuss the checkin process and send the welcome packet. I felt a little nervous and stressed as I did not receive the necessary information until the night before we checked in. But, overall we had a great time. I would definitely recommend the property!!!

East Coast Christmas

This place was nice and roomy for our family of 8 plus 3 littles kiddos. Pretty clean as well. I gave listing accuracy a 5 because it is accurate but that may be because it doesn't tell you much. We were a little short on towels, many light bulbs were burnt out or just missing. We replaced some (they were there) and moved others to balance out the light. No kitchen linens, short on bath towels, short on paper towels and definitely not enough TP. 3 partial rolls and 1 bathroom had none so we had to go and purchase ourselves. Cooking pans were well used and need updating. A lot of little things that we might have brought our own if we new ahead of time. Having said all that we felt it was a nice place, decent value and we would stay again!

Fun and spacious but some things need attention

Ok, if you are considering staying here, place is big and nice open concept. Two big refridgerators and kitchen dining room are lovely. Pool tables felt is very dirty and cues are down to wood. Outside pool is cracked and leaking so hose water needs to be constantly running making water cold. Deck has many soft spots and a couple of holes. Not like picture...no plants and outdoor furniture moldy....would not sit on love seat area. No one did. Needs a good bleaching. Great to have a washer and dryer and all bedrooms spacious though beds are old and hard to get in and out of..... One bathroom toilet seat broken. Other bathroom flusher stripped. Towels old and not what you would expect. Hosts leave you alone and place is nice to swim and enjoy. Location is perfect. With a little love this place would get 5 stars. Pool table

Cheaply put together

There were a number of things about this property that made my friends and I unsatisfied. First, the back sliding door doesn’t lock at all. The whole entire lock part wasn’t even installed in the door, it was just an empty hole. This made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We had to place objects to block it from opening while we slept. Additionally, the bottles of soap in the bathrooms were filled were either empty or filled with water, not soap. The upstairs hall shower was broken. The master bed sunk in in the middle. There were ants in the kitchen when we arrived. Many lightbulbs were out or missing entirely. Overall, it is a beautiful house but too many small things added up to our dissatisfaction.

Beautiful home but…..

The house is beautiful and had more than enough room for our group. There were a few cleanliness issues in the bathrooms but we did arrive VERY early. So maybe we beat the cleaning crew there?? The deck and couches need replacing as well. However the most detrimental to the listing would be the communication from the property manager. I had sent several questions regarding the kitchen/cookware situation so we would be prepared and all went unanswered. I called and requested a welcome package and instructions of how to access the property. I finally received it 3 days prior to the booking!! Needless to say, the delay and uncertainty caused me a lot of stress. The property manager did apologize for the delay as they are new to Vrbo. Overall, we had a great time and did enjoy the home. I wish them success in the future and hope they take this review under consideration to improve the experience of future bookings.
