Welcome to our Southampton estate. This stunning property offers a truly luxurious experience, with a sprawling 3-acre lot.

Originally built in 1886, this historic home has been completely renovated, blending the charm of the past with modern conveniences. Spanning over 5,500 square feet, the interior showcases a Pottery Barn chic aesthetic, creating stylish and comfortable living spaces. We always updating our furniture when we feel it gets over used.

With 4 bedrooms, including a spacious master suite, and 3.5 baths, home office, and bonus basement bedroom with window. This home provides ample space for your group. Home has smart a smart TV as well. The formal dining room and three fireplaces add a touch of elegance and warmth to the ambiance.

Outside, you'll find a range of amenities designed for your enjoyment. Take a dip in the pool, relax in the hot tub, or engage in friendly competition on the tennis/volleyball courts. The property also features a basketball hoop, a sunroom, much more, making it an ideal choice for renters seeking both relaxation and entertainment.

The home has Ring security doorbell at the front door to ensure the safety of the property when the house is vacant. We do not have any cameras inside our home.

The location of our estate is another highlight, as it is conveniently located just a 1.5-hour drive from the city, with minimal traffic. This allows for easy access while providing a serene escape from the bustling urban environment.

Fun place to getaway and hang out with friends!

Wonderful stay. Wonderful backyard!

We had an amazing week at Megan’s house. The property is well taken care of and clean. Plenty of bedrooms and beds. The real gem is the backyard with the large pool, hot tub, and tennis court. Plus the property is very large and private. Megan was super responsive and helpful throughout.

Great location and very responsive host!

My family (6 adults and 6 kids) had a great time at this location. There were a few hiccups but the host was super responsive, which was great. Excellent location as well. The house could use a little updating but was perfect for our needs. Only note is bedroom in the basement is not private- just an alcove. The house is very private and the pool was really nice. Overall great stay. Definitely recommend!

Perfect summer house

We rented this house for the week! Communication with the owner was amazing! The house was very spacious and had a lot of amenities! The listing said newly renovated! It was super nice but not newly renovated a little outdated from when they built it. Back yard was very nice and spacious. Would definitely rent this house again.

Annual family vacation

Wonderful house for our family and friends to be together. Megan communicated with me as needed and we really loved the warm homey vibe she created. Lots to keep the little ones and the big kids (adults!) occupied. The location is close enough for easy day trips to east end of Hamptons, but away from the hustle and traffic. Kitchen is well stocked, making at home dining fun and easy. We even brought in a professional chef for a dinner party. Cheers to another successful family vacation !

Best week getaway with family and friends!

We had an incredible time at this house!!! It literally felt like we were staying at a luxury resort and had everything we could have possibly needed for our getaway. Our group included young kids and adults all of whom had an amazing stay. The tennis and basketball court was in great condition and provided endless fun activities. The pool was a great size and the heater worked well when it was needed. There is a ton of space to play sports and games as well as a fire pit which was a great way to end our evenings. The inside of the home was well decorated and in great condition with plenty of space for all. Pictures do not do this house justice and our kids felt like we had our own camp for our stay. I would highly recommend this house!

The house is great for large groups especially with kids - the pool is great and so is the yard with tennis court. Area is very nice, quiet but not far from many things to do. Needs some updating. Cleaning could be better - a few messy areas, some you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Some broken amenities in kitchen. No gas grill on property which was a bummer.

Family vacation-2022

The indoor living space was large and comfortable for our family. The kids enjoyed the large yard, tennis and basketball court and swimming pool. However the 1st floor bedroom had no a/c and was uncomfortable for sleeping. There was no safe way to enter the hot tub as there were no steps. The gas grill was unusable and the ice maker was broken. The house needs to be updated and repairs made. We had an issue with algae in the pool and our host Megan was very responsive and rectified this issue immediately.

I'm truly sorry to hear that your stay was less than perfect. It is really important to me to be an excellent host since I too am quite often the guest when my family is traveling. Again I am sorry that I was not able to get the ice machine repaired before your arrival and I know that the ice trays I purchased are not the same. We do have a portable AC for that room in the closet for those extra hot summer days/nights. I am unclear about the access to the hot tub because there are steps to it. Also, the grill is charcoal. Once again I'm sorry this was not the perfect vacation for your family holiday.

BLACK MOLD / UNDISCLOSED CAMERAS OVERLOOKING POOL. RUN AWAY!

VERY LARGE AREA OF BLACK MOLD IN BASEMENT (2 FEET AWAY FROM A BED) *UNDISCLOSED* CAMERAS OUTSIDE FACING POOL AREA. We had 5 kids with us. Age: 8 weeks, 9 months old, 2 years old, and two 4 year olds. Diapers were changed, bathing suits were taken off. All in an area that had an undisclosed video camera. There is zero guarantee that these children/my children were not recorded. Just incase host says that disclosure of video cameras is in her listing it’s only because VRBO made host update description to include presence and location of video cameras ASAP (within 24 hours) or her account will be suspended.

We understand that you're a real estate professional, but our big family of six (including four little kids) has been renting out our place during summers for the past 10 yrs to help with our second home. Yes, I was not aware that I had to add that we have a security system and I did update that on my listing right away. We never received a call from you, and after a thorough check, we couldn't find any black mold. We had other guests before and after your stay, and have given us a 5-star rating.

We have 4 children and love spending time at our house when not rented. While there is so much to do in the Hamptons we usually just hang out in the house and relax at the house swimming, making large meals together, playing soccer, and now we have a new tennis and volleyball court. On rainy days we watch movies, play board games, etc...
