Central heating and A/C. Washer and dryer, private on the main level. Fresh linens, towels, and beach towels provided. Hair dryer. Keyless entry for easy self-check-in.

Driveway fits up to 4 vehicles.

GUEST ACCESS
The entire home plus all listed amenities are included in your stay. I'm available by phone or message throughout your stay, and self-check-in means your time is your own.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is often possible depending on same-day turnovers for a 50$ fee — just ask. Key code and instructions are sent by message the morning of arrival. Chesterton operates on Central Standard Time (CST).

ACCESSIBILITY & SAFETY NOTES
Three outdoor steps to enter the home. Main-level bedroom and bathroom available. Homes are not baby-proofed (no outlet covers, no cabinet locks, furniture not secured to walls) — guests are responsible for supervising children. Max occupancy: 9 guests.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS
Primary guest must be 25+ with a verified government ID. Guests with positive prior reviews are preferred, or a fully refundable $300 damage deposit hold will apply. The deposit is an authorization hold only, released after checkout once the home is confirmed in good condition.

HOUSE RULES
No smoking on the property. No parties or large gatherings. Must be 25+ to book. Report any damage during your stay.

PET POLICY
Dogs allowed, $50 fee per dog. Must be crated if left alone. Max 3 dogs, not allowed on beds or furniture. Extra cleaning or damage fees may apply for violations.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
After booking, guests will be asked to sign a standard rental agreement reflecting these house rules and booking details. Information collected is used only to coordinate your stay and is kept strictly confidential.
