Perfect for families and friends

PAD made our experience extremely enjoyable. The house was extremely clean, beds were comfy, and the location was perfect. As an added perk, the checkout was easy and they do all the cleaning for you. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

9 of us stayed here for a Bachelor party. The property was fantastic and actually exceeded our expectations. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the outdoor space in general. Really appreciated the excellent communication with the hosts and the flexibility they allowed for our check in/out times. Would absolutely stay here again.

Phoenix Open Week!

The perfect place for hosting! Awesome layoutā€¦.unbeatable location in North Scottsdale. Close to N Scottsdale Airport, Kierland, and the Phoenix Open. Pool and Hot tub were excellent features....as was the pool table and all the kitchen amenities. Host was top notch and went way above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Highly recommended!

Wonderful stay

We had the most wonderful time here with our adult kids and their boyfriends. Great communication from the property management and host. Check in and check out were a breeze. The property was fantastic and perfect for a family gathering - big well-equipped kitchen, nice buit-in BBQ, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The backyard was great and we spend almost all our time outside, including paying games and cards every night.

This home has it all! A beautiful private oasis of a backyard perfect for all activities in and out of the sun! The pool makes the 100+ degree weather so much more enjoyable! The home is beautifully kept and well stocked. They had everything you would think to need at the house and went above and beyond on their customer service for all questions and requests!!! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

The house came exactly as advertised, and even surpassed expectations in other areas. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and the location is SO close to everything you'd want to do in Scottsdale (short Uber or car rides to Old Town, World Class Golf, Sky Harbor Airport, Casinos, and all manner of nightlife. The property manager was very responsive in all communication including the lead up to the trip - I would definitely go back for some relaxing time in the sun and pool at this spot.
