Vacation Vibes is the ultimate destination for comfort and fun. Enjoy this stylish home that features large entertainment spaces and natural light, an open living/dining/kitchen area, spa, swimming pool, and a home gym. Vacation Vibes is a foodie's dream, with an upgraded kitchen that includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a large center island, and plenty of space to sit.

Fun

The private resort-like backyard boasts a large outdoor kitchen, putting green, multiple TVs and seating areas, whimsical outdoor lighting, an above ground spa and a sparkling pool that can be heated. The ideal spot for outdoor vacationing! An air-conditioned garage, free weights, dynamic gym machine, treadmill, and yoga mats make it easy to get a workout in. Game fans will enjoy pop-shot basketball, foosball, ping pong, and cornhole.

Bedrooms

The cozy and spacious main bedroom features an extra bed and walk-in closet. The modern bathroom is akin to a 5-star hotel with a walk-in shower, freestanding tub, and dual sinks.
The second main bedroom has a twin pull-out bed and an ensuite bathroom.
Three bedrooms share a spacious bathroom that has a door leading to the backyard.

Family-friendly with a pack 'n play/portable crib, highchair, and a blow-up mattress.

Vacation Vibes is positioned in a quiet section of Paradise Valley Village, less than 2 miles from Kierland Commons. It is a short driving distance to world-class golf courses, restaurants and cafes, great shopping, grocery stores and nightlife. All the conveniences you could need are just minutes away.

House Rules
No pets allowed.
Pack & Play and Highchairs - $40 each
Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings.
Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*If you create your reservation between the months of November 1st-May 1st pool heat will be included but the temperature is not guaranteed due to ambient weather temperature. If you book your reservations outside of these dates pool heat is optional and an additional $40/daily.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
This house has cameras on the outside of the property for safety and security reasons!
Outside speakers are not for guest use due to noise ordinances.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
There is a late check out fee of $75.00 + tax if available, and authorized.
Early check-in IF available is:
12pm: $100+taxes
1pm: $75+taxes
2pm: $50+taxes
3pm: $35+taxes
