Bask in the sun poolside or on the secluded beach as you enjoy this peaceful three storey penthouse villa nestled in Crystal Cove’s tranquil gated community. “Irie” a Jamaican word meaning nice or pleasing – Irie Vibes Villa will be your home away from home.

Please note that violations of our house rules may result in fines or a canceled reservation. Remember to carefully read ALL house rules before booking to avoid any disruptions to your reservation.

Some of the rules include:
All adult guest must show ID and provide their names to security.

No more than the booked/declared number of guest are allowed to visit/ sleep at the home unless approval is granted prior to their arrival. Absolutely no parties or gatherings allowed. Violators will result in a canceled reservation and a charge per night for each additional quest.

No smoking inside the Villa. Smoke leaves a lingering smell inside the Villa which is difficult to remove before the arrival of the next guest. Violations attract a fine of $900 USD.

Noise level - Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise level at a minimum, especially at night after 10pm.

Grill must be reserved before use, reserve time with the Chef.
Items can not be hung outside on railings.
Close to Shops, restaurants, Sandals Golf Club, Ochi Attractions & Excursions, Local Craft Markets - 4 min drive to buzzing Ochi Town for more.

First level: Open floor plan includes well stocked kitchen, dining area, ceiling fan, entertainment space, App enabled TV, local cable and a large patio deck.

Second level: Laundry room. Bedrooms are intentionally East and West facing with breathtaking sunrise and sunset views.

Third Level: Delight in the spacious Penthouse room, take in a refreshing island breeze from the large rooftop patio deck facing the Caribbean sea and tropical garden.

Guest Access:
You will have access to Crystal Cove’s facilities which includes infinity pool, grill, secluded beach, tropical garden and playground.

Other things to note:
Our Concierge and Chef Gregory Smith has 13 years of experience preparing Jamaican, Italian, American, vegan and Ital (vegetarian) cuisines. With over 13 years of hospitality and culinary experience, Gregory is lauded and well known throughout Ocho Rios for his quality of service, food and welcoming personality. Chef services are an additional charge to be paid in cash directly to the chef prior to checkout. Groceries are not included, grocery shopping can be arranged to be completed prior to your arrival upon request. If you wish to have grocery shopping done prior, a $50 US deposit is required. Tips are accepted and appreciated.

Tanesha Richards, our housekeeper has 17 years of hospitality experience, she will provide one additional full cleaning during your stay on the third day. Daily cleaning can be provided for an additional charge of $30 US to be paid to Tanesha before checkout. Tanesha will do laundry on premisses for an additional fee. Tips are accepted and appreciated.

Feeling adventurous? We can curate or suggest a list of activities and attractions for you to experience and visit. Irie Vibes Villa is walking distance to Sandals Ocho Rios Golf and Country club and is central to Ochi Town and all attractions. Banks, restaurants, bars, grocery stores and craft markets are less than a 4 minute drive away. Irie Vibes is an 8 minute drive to Dunns River falls, Chukka attractions, ATV rides, Mystic Mountain and Blue Hole.
