Home features:1,320. sq ft home, tastefully decorated with comfort in mind, 3 bedroom/2 bath split plan, with a large open kitchen, equipped for all of your needs. 600 sq. foot fully screened balcony with table & chairs to enjoy eating outside or just lose yourself in the beautiful view! Sit on the large deck under the enormous oaks, and enjoy being in the hot tub under the stars and sunset.. Watch and enjoy nature at its finest. This property is not suitable for children under 12 years of age for safety reasons: open pool, and the travertine tile, they could trip or fall on, that’s around the pool and the 28 steps to front door. We care about their safety for your sake and ours.
** In awesome Safety Harbor with 29 restaurants,12 shops, 5 pubs, 2 breweries,14 salons, plus MORE!! They have boutiques, coffee shops (oh my), bars and places to eat, even candy stores. You then could walk to the " Safety Harbor Spa", you can walk down to the pier (see the manatees) and walk the park...amazing!! Then you could have lunch at "Barfly.", great food, drinks, and view and large, sit inside or outside. Fabulous!! I know I repeated myself, we are so Proud of this area . It is amazing! Dunedin is great area to see.
Clearwater Beach is 14 miles and Honeymoon Island is 8 miles from the townhouse.The home is centrally located and close to everything. Airport, Beaches, Parks, oh we can't forget Shopping at all surrounding places!
It has High Speed Wireless Internet and Fire Stick on all 5 flat screen TV's.
We have complimentary bicycles to ride. The home is so close, it is only 1 mile to beautiful 122-acre Philippe Park, where you can watch the sunrise and set their or just relax and view the water. It is only 2 miles to charming Safety Harbor, you can stop at Starbucks, Coldstone Creamery, shopping boutiques, along with quaint restaurants, wine bars and so much more! So Exciting! On the 3rd Friday of the month, they close off the streets and have music and food and kiosks for art & crafts, etc,. So Much Fun!!
Tampa Airport very close and Clearwater Beach is 13 miles, which is about a 20 minute drive.
