A place to stay with guests during house construction

Was a great place to stay with our guests. We didn't have time to try the pool or hot tub. The house was perfect for our needs.

Family Gathering

The vacation rental was everything that was in the listing and then some. We will definitely return the next time our family has a reunion in the Dallas area.

Pool/spa was heated for us and perfect for the weather, very enjoyableHouse large and comfortableRooms spaciousBeds comfortable, lovely comforters and plenty of pillowsKitchen well equipped with lots of cook and serve-ware. We easily made breakfast for the crew. Coffee selection was very nice with syrups and beans and a burr grinder. Location was very easy to the highway and area attractions. A bit of road noise but about what you’d expect being in the city. Host was welcoming and responsive to any concerns I had. We had a nice stay and would stay again!

Great Family Christmas gathering!!

We had so much fun visiting our extended family. This house is spacious and we had plenty of seating around tables and the living room! We had a corn hole tournament in front yard and relaxed in the hot tub at the end of the day! Great place to stay. We’ll be back!

Spacious and comfortable

We hosted an early thanksgiving for family who live in rowlett. This was the perfect home as it is spacious, with many separate areas to gather. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking our thanksgiving meal! We will definitely return!

Bach Trip

We threw our friend her bachelorette party. Despite weather being cold, the hosts still heated the spa and pool without additional charge. The coffee bar was great and the amenities were just like listed. The host was quick to respond, and information was well communicated!

Wedding Celebration

We are a family of eight, four generations, who meet here for the wedding of my granddaughter. The house was great. There was a problem when we first checked in and management did everything they could to get it fix quickly and completely. We even stayed one more night than we had planned. We would definitely stay here again.

Big house with pool and hot tub

It was a great stay for us. Everything worked well and was as described except it really isn’t what most people would call a view of the lake. It is not lake front. The neighborhood has some run down houses. Only real negative was lack of paper towels and toilet paper. We couldn’t find any extra and just bought our own.

We've moved them so it's easier for guests to find, and our on site team would have been happy to fix this if you had reached out. We are always happy to fix any problems that keep your stay from being perfect. We're glad to hear that you had a great stay and everything was as described. However, we apologize if the view of the lake did not meet your expectations. We'll make sure to clarify the view in our description to avoid any confusion in the future. Regarding the neighborhood, we do our best to maintain our property and ensure the comfort of our guests. The area is undergoing rapid growth and expansion with the arrival of the Sapphire Bay Resort. The area is very safe and has an excellent low crime rate. However, we can't control our neighbor's lawn mowing schedules, unfortunately. Once again, thank you for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future.

Great home and fantastic hosts

My family (7 adults and 4 kids) stayed for a long weekend at this rental and had a fabulous time. The home is well equipped for large groups. There's plenty of space to spread out, ample parking, and the pool area is ready for a great time without having to leave the house. Multiple large TVs so the kids could setup in one room and the adults in the other. Very comfortable beds, and clean rooms and bathrooms were very appreciated. The hosts took this from good to great. They put in a lot of effort communicating on the front end, including a 40 page PDF with all the details you could ever need to know about the home. The good communication didn't end after checking. During our stay, a severe storm took down the internet. The hosts quickly updated us on the situation and were standing by to help resolve any issues. We all had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this rental and the hosts.

We give this place five stars! The home was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed and more. The rooms were spacious, and the master bedroom and bed were beautiful and very comfortable.Our dogs absolutely loved having the open field behind the house to run and play. We also had a wonderful time enjoying the pool, and the heated pool and spa were an amazing bonus.The home was very close to the lake, and we were even able to capture some beautiful pictures of the harvest moon from the balcony. It was such a relaxing and enjoyable stay.The host was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

I’ve waited over a week to write this review to make sure I had a level head.First the pros: the host was nice and responsive to messages. The check in and check out process was easy. The place allowed dogs.The cons: There was a series of unfortunate events that I just couldn’t get past. We walked in to a HOT house. The air was set pretty high. This turned out to be a timer malfunction. The place was NOT cleaned. At first glance it appeared to be clean, meaning stuff wasn’t out everywhere, but tidy does not mean clean. A used bandaide on the floor in a bedroom, an empty vile of some kind of drug left on the floor in the office, sticky surfaces, cups with mold, a few big spiderwebs, dead cockroach under the kitchen sink. Nothing was stocked when we came in. No extra paper towels, barely enough toilet paper for the week, no dishwasher pods, no hand towels in any bathroom, only 3 coffee cups for a house with a large coffee bar and several adults. Michelle did sent some items to the house. She did offer to have her cleaning crew come in, and she did refund my cleaning fee. That’s great, but there was NO WAY this house should have been cleared by cleaners, or management to be occupied by a family. I paid double what my mortgage costs to stay in this house for less than a week. I would not do it again. I realize this happened to be what I assume was an off week for her and her cleaning crew, but that off week really put a damper on my family’s vacation.

Everything was good and just as expected except the floor in the kitchen and living room was dirty and had to be swept upon arrival. The grass around the pool was unkept and there was leaves and dirt in the bottom of the pool. Easy checkout!
