Built in 2015, Epic is ADA compliant and offers three first floor master suites as well as first floor living, kitchen and pool access with no stairs to ensure that all family members are included in your newly minted memories.

Need a completely self-contained separate house for elderly group members, or so that multiple families can have their own kitchen and private areas, or so that the kids can have their own space? Epic’s pool house offers a full kitchen, living room, king suite and bunkroom/playroom that will be perfect for your situation.

Pool: Epic's pool is 30 feet long, 15 feet wide, with a shallow end of 3 feet and deep end of 5 feet.

NOTE: Check in time is 4:00 PM CST. Check out time is 10:00 AM CST. Our staff needs time to properly clean, sanitize, inspect and maintain the property. Because the property is extremely heavily booked we are unable to offer early check ins, late check outs, early parking or luggage drop offs.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have anything shipped or mailed (through a carrier such as USPS, UPS, or Fedex) to the property. Please be aware that the property does not have postal service and your packages will most likely be returned by the carrier.

NOTE: Guests are not permitted to have local deliveries (such as baby gear, beach chairs/gear, groceries, golf carts) made prior to their check-in time of 4:00 PM CST and are not permitted to have local pick-ups made after their check-out time of 10:00 AM CST.

NOTE: If you would like to reserve VRBO more than 11 months in advance, you must use the VRBO website, rather than the VRBO app. The VRBO app only shows the calendar for up to 11 months which means that it can only be used for reservations less than a year away. Thanks!

NOTE: This property is available for vacation rental only. Parties are prohibited.

NOTE: AGE REQUIREMENTS. You must be at least 25 years old to reserve Bliss during Spring Break. Sorry, no exceptions.

NOTE: Sorry, no pets. No emotional support animals (ESA). No exceptions. Many of our Guests have pet allergies and rely on us to provide a pet free environment. Bringing a pet or an emotional support animal (ESA) is a violation of your booking agreement that will result in the cancellation of your reservation without refund.

NOTE: The property only has two exterior security cameras. One faces the driveway and the other faces the golf cart and trash. Cameras are only capable of recording the exterior of the property (that are publicly visible). The cameras are not capable of seeing the pool, pool area, or property interior.

NOTE: The property has an exterior security camera(s) that face the driveway and/or entrance and smoke detectors throughout the property. Tampering with the exterior security camera(s) or smoke detector on the property is a violation of the booking agreement. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for tampering with the security camera(s) or smoke detector(s) and the reservation will be cancelled immediately without a refund.

NOTE: For the safety of our Guests, our golf cart has an Apple Airtag in order to facilitate our ability to assist in the event of an accident or mechanical failure. As a result, Apple Iphone users may occasionally receive Airtag notifications while operating the golf cart.

NOTE: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. This includes cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. A $500-1000 additional cleaning charge will be added to remove the smell of smoke from the house.
