This house is amazing! Located not even a block off the public beach access made our daily trips so easy, even with beach gear in tow. The house offered so much space with 7 master style bedrooms (all with ensuites) and a bunk room. Our larger group had plenty of room to spread out. Communication by the hosts was phenomenal, even with a hurricane making landfall the weekend before our trip the hosts kept us updated with the status of the property. Check in was a breeze. Will definitely consider this rental for future trips.

Property was in an excellent location less than a block from the beach, clean, plenty of space, and in great condition. The property mgmt company was one of the best I’ve seen with communication as they were prompt with replies and even checked in halfway through the trip to see if we needed anything. I’d stay again.

The house was perfect for our group of 8 guys on a reunion trip. Laundry facilities on 2 floors, a nice small pool with outstanding deck, and spacious bathrooms. Large, open area with a huge table in the kitchen / Dining room area was great. Fantastic location…3 minute walk to the beach, just off Scenic 98. The only issues were no garbage bags, a sticky kitchen floor upon arrival, and no paper towels, or enough dishwasher pods. Otherwise, we would highly recommend. Very easy check in and out.

Great location/perfect outdoor pool hangout for groups

House is perfectly located to beach. Backyard/pool is perfect size for multiple families. Would absolutely return.

Awesome House for a Big Group

We hosted my friends bachelorette party here and it was amazing! Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, which made getting ready for a night out super easy. And you can't beat a 2 minute walk to the beach!

Wonderful Stay!

This house was perfect for our girls' weekend away! The 14 of us were very comfortable - there was plenty of space to spread out and to spend time together. The house came with everything we needed, and we loved having the private pool and the beach so close! Highly recommend.

This was a great rental. It was clean and the pool was great. The communication between us and the rental company was very good. The only things i wish we could have had was bikes available to us and beach chairs. We had to go buy chairs and then just leave them there. Other beach rentals for the same price provided bikes and chairs. Also I didn’t realize that so much of the beach was private and that the beach entrance next to us just had a little sliver of beach for everyone in the area. Just a heads up. Other than that it was a great area, close to food and stores and activities.

Perfect setup for a large group

This listing was incredible - walking distance to the beach (only 1 block away!), pool was good with plenty of seating, bunk beds were double size both top and bottom bunks, king beds in every room with private bathrooms, etc. We had a great time and wouldn't change anything!

We had a great stay at this beach house. Plenty of room for our 4 families that stayed. Perfect walk to the beach. The house was clean and tidy. The pool and deck were very nice to hang out in. The only upgrade that is needed is kitchen cookware. Pots, pans and skillets were very worn. Crockpot would be nice as well. If you are looking to book for a large group, this is your house!

Totally Amazing!

We booked this house for 12 adults and 6 children for a family get away and to celebrate an 85th birthday and it was perfect! The house exceeded all our expectations! The seven master suites and bunk room and 7.5 bathrooms accommodated us perfectly! The kids loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. It was our first trip to Destin and we will definitely be back!! Loved it all!

Wonderful

This property is awesome. we used every room and had a large family group of 20. It never felt crowded. Loved the layout and the beach is such a short walk. The outdoor grill had gas hooked up to it which was a huge plus, no tank to worry about. The pool is smaller than we thought but it worked. The outdoor area has tons of space for hanging out. Had small issues withDish not working on TV but plenty of streaming options. Check in and out was super easy. property management easy to reach and super responsive. Loved our vacation.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My family stayed here during the 4th of July holiday and we were all very impressed with the property!! There was great communication throughout the whole process, to start we were blessed with the opportunity to have an early check in ( which really helped us get started preparing for the holiday meal). The house was clean and well stocked with starter supplies (bathrooms and kitchen). The kitchen had all the equipment we needed as well (bring your own seasonings of course). There was a regular and k cup coffee pot!! There is a gas barbecue grill out back. There is plenty of space for parking and the house is maybe 3 minutes away from grocery stores, gas stations, Starbucks, and anything else you can possibly need. The distance to the beach is wayyyy closer than described!! There was so much space in the house that we were never on top of each other, not once!! I could go on and on about our stay, we will definitely be returning in the near future!!

Perfect place for a big group! We had 3 small kids with us so distance from the beach was a huge selling point. Was less than a 2 minute walk to the beach access and there was always plenty of room to set up umbrellas and chairs even though to the left and right are private beaches. The pool was great (a little cold but we were there at the very beginning of June so that was expected). Didn’t stop us from swimming! All the rooms have their own bathrooms and each floor has a thermostat. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back!
