A modern, Meublé de Tourisme 4★ family villa with private pool & garden, only 10 minutes' drive from beautiful sandy beaches, in the charming old village of Fleury d'Aude (supermarket, bar, restaurants, boulanger, tabac, etc). South-facing patio & outdoor dining area, hammock. 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps up to 6 guests. Modern, fully-fitted kitchen, lounge, dining room & utility room, workspace. Situated between the historic towns of Béziers and Narbonne.

The villa : a modern, fully fitted home on the outskirts of the village, with the village centre a short walk away.

During your stay we are available to help make your holiday stress free and unforgettable! You can contact us by message, email or call, we’re here to help! We usually reply to messages within the hour and have a local consierge for anything urgent. A welcome guide with our favourite beaches, restaurants, markets and family days out is waiting for you.

Our consierge will greet you with keys. We’ll send you a courtesy message when the pool guy is coming (you don’t need to be there), and anything else you may need to be aware of which is not covered in the welcome guide.

Pool safety : The pool is fitted with a safety cover, according to French law. Once removed, guests are responsible for pool safety. The pool is not fenced and can be reached easily from the house, so children must be supervised at all times.

Young children : A stair gate or a cot are not provided, so the villa is not ideal for very small children. We would suggest it is suitable for families with children aged 5+.

Getting around
During the summer months, a bus route passes close by for trips to the beach, otherwise a car is ideal to reach the beaches and for day trips. The village centre is approx an 800m walk away (supermarket, bar, restaurants and take-aways, boulangerie, tabac, church, hairdressers, etc).

Close by: The Gouffre de l'Œil Doux (about 8 km), walking, hiking and cycling in the Massif de la Clape, the Canal du Midi, and many wineries and local producers. Day trips : The 9 Écluses de Fonséranes (16 km), the Roman Oppidum d'Ensérune, Narbonne and Béziers, the Réserve Africaine de Sigean (30 minutes), the medieval city of Carcassonne, Montpellier, and Spain in about an hour.
