The terrace is the perfect spot for lounging on one of the private sun loungers, enjoying al fresco dining or simply watching the sun setting over the ocean in front of you. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and 2 basins, while the second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a vanity desk. The third bedroom features two twin beds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and stocked with all the cookware necessary to make a gourmet meal.



For added convenience, the condo comes with cotton towels, beach towels, and all cotton bed linens (300-600 thread count). This luxurious condo is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of the Caribbean Sea.



The condo is currently professionally managed by Property Management Cayman Ltd.

Other Things to Note:

Located in the heart of Seven Mile Beach Area, Sunset Cove offers unrivaled convenience with direct access to Seven Mile Beach itself. Say goodbye to traffic woes as you simply descend the stairs (please note there is no elevator) and step onto the sandy shores or traverse the beautiful gardens to access the swimming pools and amenities.



Please be advised that our condo strictly upholds a non-smoking policy. Smoking within the premises will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which will be utilized for a thorough deep cleaning to maintain the comfort of our future guests.



Unfortunately, pets are not permitted within the condo complex.



We kindly request that all sun tan sprays be applied outdoors and indoor furniture be used with dry clothes to ensure its longevity and cleanliness.



If the booking website does not collect it directly, a refundable security deposit of US$1,500 will be collected by the property prior to your stay.



We reserve the right to substitute equal or better accommodation in the event of a double booking or if the rental is unavailable for any reason, including but not limited to sale or repair.
