Great location-good stay.

Property in a nice, easy to find area, close to fun activities. Only 2 minor issues: smell of cigarette smoke and noise all hours of the night from the upstairs apartment (only heard in the living room).

Sister weekend

My sister and I met up at the halfway point between our respective homes. This was a perfect spot- if the weather were nice we could have walked to parks, landmarks, and convenience stores. As it was, everything we did was just a few minutes drive away. Quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, off street parking. Good assortment of cooking items, clean linens. The beds were both very soft... perfect for anyone who likes soft mattresses but were a little rough on our old lady bodies! Overall a great experience. Thank you!

Perfect Spot/Amenities

The place was well equipped with easy entry, access with parking. It is conveniently located near the zoo, downtown Omaha, the casinos and the interstates for quick, easy access around the area. The only thing that was bothersome was the overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. I'm not sure if it once belonged to a heavy smoker or the if the upstairs neighbors smoke and somehow enter the ventilation of the lower duplex. Also, the neighbors upstairs seemed to be moving around all hours in the middle of the night. The couch is a bit hard and uncomfortable but definitely not something that would take away from the enjoyability. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would stay again.....but would bring strong, scented, candles next time :-)

Thank you for letting us know, we have used an ozon odor remover to remove as much smoke smell as possible! Unfortunatelly sometimes leave the unit after they have smoked inside!
