Rare opportunity with this new summer listing! Spectacular view of the lake with private dock out the front door! 2 blocks from the South Shore Sweet Spot ice cream shop, Walking distance to PM park/Tiki Hut bar & restaurant with kids beach and Marina with boat/jet ski rentals. One mile from Clear Lake State Beach. This newly built house is perfect for large families and reunions. Parking for up to 9 cars. More off street parking available.
Comes with use of Golf cart.

House
House was built in 2025 and features 6 private bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and large washer/dryer. All new kitchen appliances including microwave and gas oven and large capacity washer/dryer. Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan, TV and vanity/workstation area allowing some privacy when needed. Entire property has hi speed wifi and backup generator with tornado shelter. House includes two king size bedrooms upstairs, 3 queen size bedrooms downstairs and 1 bedroom with bunk bed consisting of double bed on bottom and single on top. Also has a full size mattress that pulls out from under bunk bed to sleep on floor. All bedrooms come with closet, vanity/work area and streaming TV. Living room, kitchen and dining all in an open spaced design. Living room has a large 65" tv with electric fireplace.

Cottage
The house is fully connected to the original cottage with a pass through door. It has been totally remodeled while maintaining all the charm you would expect from an older cottage. All new full bathroom, full kitchen with new appliances, electrical wiring and smoke/co2 alarms and new large capacity washer/dryer. Two queen bedrooms with vanities/workstations, closet and streaming TV. Living room features a spectacular view of the lake with large wrap around couch and 65" tv. Large porch area which includes 2 queen hide-a-beds and an assortment of toddler toys and kids bluetooth karaoke machine.

Attached Family Playroom
1,000 sq ft garage converted to a carpeted climate controlled playroom with games including cornhole bag game, dartboard, mini-basketball, 75" TV with a JBL tower amplifier for sports viewing or PS4 video games and a full bathroom. Very versatile area that can be used for additional air mattresses, 3 foldable picnic tables offer dinner seating for up to 24 adults, open indoor area for kids games or late night adult games! Garage doors have bug screens so on nice days you can open the garage doors and enjoy even more openness and the outdoor air! If it happens to rain this room is a game changer!

Outdoors/Entertainment lakeside
Swing set and corn hole game. Large family gathering area with blue tooth speakers and firepit overlooking the lake and 36" Blackstone griddle. Plenty of play toys for all ages, wide variety of life jackets and a firepit (wood included) on the patio overlooking the lake.

This property has been our family vacation home for over 35 years and is perfect for large family vacations and reunions! Kids of all ages will enjoy the many toys and games available. Private dock with Maui Mat, Two kayaks and inflatable tubes.
Speed boat lift is available for an additional charge of $300 - contact host for more info.

We have a cousins reunion and had a blast!! We all could be together or separate out. Plenty of space! Kids loved the Maui mat. We did some fishing off the dock. Lots of things within the house available that were handy. Had a fire every night and the wood was supplied. The garage converted into a big game/tv/ eating area was ideal. Easy check in and out process. Very nice and friendly hosts! Good location right on water.

Our family of 6 adults and 5 children had a wonderful stay! The house was exceptionally clean and had plenty of space for everyone with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals, which made our stay even more enjoyable.The extra garage space was a huge bonus, with a large TV, games, and toys that kept the kids entertained when we weren't outside. We spent most of our time on the water and had so much fun using the kayaks and lily pad. We also brought our pontoon, and the property worked out perfectly for boating.Randy was an outstanding host. He responded quickly to every question I had and even shared great recommendations for the area, which we really appreciated.Clear Lake is a beautiful place, and this home made our family vacation one to remember. We will definitely be back!Sharon O.

I was surprised by how spacious the property is, the pictures do not do it justice. Randy is an above and beyond host! Very responsive and helpful! Cannot say enough good things. We have a large family and this place was perfect. So many amenities, we had everything we needed and more.

Great lake view property, clean updated interior, plenty of space for a big family, all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay. We were able to have a lot of water time being right by the lake. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating making sure we had what was needed!

We stayed here for a long weekend for a family gathering with multiple families, with kids ages 7-20. We all had an amazing time and LOVED the house, the lake, and all of the little extras provided by the host to make it extra welcoming and convenient. The kids had a blast playing in the water and on the Maui mat, and the kids and adults enjoyed kayaking in the two provided kayaks, and fishing from the kayaks and the dock. The fire pit area was a great place to gather and there were a good number of chairs provided, as well as an assortment of sizes of life jackets. The house is very well layed out for multiple families. Having bedrooms in the upstairs and downstairs of the house, as well as the cottage, gave us plenty of room for families to spread out and have our own space, still with plenty of space to all hang out together. Rental houses often only provide minimal starting supplies for things like toilet paper, dish soap, garbage bags, etc, but the house was very well supplied, including some food and drinks that they said we were welcome to use, and had plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking and leftover storage. Randy was very responsive to our messages and questions, and made it a fantastic trip that we all hope to repeat sometime soon!

This place was perfect for a girls’ weekend for my daughter before getting married. The best part was the amount of bathrooms and space. We loved the view. They have everything available that you could possible think of. Highly recommend and we plan to go back again. The hosts were amazing too.

Our family started renting the cottage in the late 1960's. We purchased it in 1988 and remodeled the cottage and added a house addition in 2025. Our family has been enjoying Clear Lake for four generations and the kids love it up here.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It truly is the best view on the lake! The south winds in the summer are behind you so the majority of skiing and tubing takes place right out in front where you can sit on the patio and enjoy. The water depth is about 4' at the end of the dock so its perfect for the kids! Many of the locals will tell you it is the best spot on Clear Lake!
