WELCOME to Clear Lake Escape. Located just one block from Clear Lake and near the golf course, this home is ideal for a weekend getaway with friends or family. It’s fully equipped for relaxing, entertaining, and making the most of your stay. ENTERTAINMENT: Inside, the basement features an 8-foot pool table, ping pong, a popcorn machine, karaoke machine, poker set, two 65” TVs, and a variety of board and card games—including giant Jenga and bags. KITCHEN: The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, pots and pans, cutting boards, a knife set, blender, toaster, and grill tools. Coffee options include a Keurig, standard drip maker, Chemex pour-over, French press, grinder, and electric kettle. Marshmallow sticks are provided for campfires. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: The home offers four bedrooms—two with king beds and two with queen beds. There are also two queen sleeper sofas in the basement living room, plus a pack n play. There are two full bathrooms, each with bidets, towels, makeup towels, a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A jetted tub/shower combo in the upstairs bathroom and shower in the downstairs bathroom. OUTDOOR AMENTITIES include patio seating on the covered deck (and below on the patio with string lights), a five-burner gas grill, a firepit, lawn games, and more. Guests have access to an oversized two-car garage (one stall stores patio furniture in winter), a driveway large enough for a boat trailer and/or multiple vehicles, and street parking - where permitted.
