Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. Incredible tiny home located on the North Fork of the Kaweah River, the perfect place to immerse yourself in nature.
The Space:
Welcome to Tiny River House!
The perfect tiny home retreat for a mountain getaway, the home sits right above the river with direct river access!
The Space
A spacious living space with a sectional couch, desk, and TV are great for gathering with friends or lounging in the evenings, while the kitchen with full-size appliances and refrigerator is just enough space for you to cook and create delicious meals! The bathroom features a full-size shower. The bedroom, located in the back, has an extra comfy queen size bed, built-in storage, and a desk! Two mini-split AC/heater units ensure the home is at a comfortable temperature in any season. Outside, take a short stroll to view horses at Riata Ranch, or walk only a few steps to the Kaweah River where you can picnic, fish, or responsibly enjoy water sports (see seasonal warnings and always wear a life jacket). The private BBQ and outdoor lounge furniture is where we'd be spending all our time after a long day at boating at Kaweah Lake or hiking at Sequoia National Park.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire tiny home, WiFi, fresh towels and linens, Smart TV, and flat parking. There is river access from the home. Guests share a driveway with another house on the property, which is a separate vacation rental. If you'd like to rent that home as well, please let us know.
Things to Note
The tiny home is on a property with another home. They have their own separate spaces and do not interfere with each other. If you'd like to reserve both homes, let us know.
Although there is wifi and a desk in the bedroom, if you plan to work from vacation, please keep in mind that this tiny home is located in a mountain community. The wifi speed may not be what you're used to in the city. It can be spotty and not suitable for constant Zoom meetings or high-speed streaming.

House Rules
1. Communication is key! All guests must download and use the Airbnb App for communication. You'll receive check-in and check out information through the app. Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, please communicate between those hours.
2. Honesty is the best Policy! Add all guests to the reservation. Maximum Occupancy is 2 total individuals or 2 adults and 1 child. Pets are allowed. ALL animals require a one-time pet fee. 2 dogs max.
3. No parties! No smoking of any kind inside the home. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. If you choose to smoke outside, dispose of your butts appropriately. Absolutely no parties or large, loud gatherings at this property. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking or smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas (deck, bbq, yard games, etc.) and beach essentials, please clean up after yourself so the next guest can enjoy it as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. Never leave trash outside, it attracts birds and other animals that make a mess.
5. Have fun! Our goal is to host a vacation to remember. If you don't agree with our above rules, this is NOT the house for you, please find a home that better fits your needs and we'll all be happier! With the exception of things out of our control, we'll always do our best to make sure you have the best time!
