Everything about this place was excellent! The views were especially outstanding and I could be happy just sitting and relaxing while enjoying the view! My friends and I do an annual trip to Westport every year. We have stayed in many different houses and this one was hands down THE BEST!!!! The house has everything you could need, a gorgeous view, a short walk to the beach, and the hosts are great. It is very kid friendly and can handle large groups. We will definitely be back to this house on our trip next year. Thank you for the amazing memories and perfect home!!!!

Our group of 10 had an excellent stay! All of the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the house overall was so well-designed and well-stocked. We enjoyed the grill, the hot tub, and dinners and games around the big round dining table. It also felt very private! The quick drive to the marina (less than 10 minutes) made it easy for us to quickly make it to our 5 AM fishing charter. We hope to be back some day!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property for a weekend group trip! The spacious island kitchen and open layout connecting the kitchen, dining, living, and sitting rooms were perfect for a big group. The home was well stocked with everything we needed, including all the cookware and dish-ware we needed to cook all our meals, and we loved that most bedrooms had their own bathroom. The house felt a little more worn than expected for a new home, though that's understandable given how much traffic it sees hosting large groups. One tip for future guests who are light-sensitive sleepers: the curtains and shades aren't blackout, so you may want to bring an eye mask.The ocean views were amazing, and the beach was just a short walk away — exactly what we were looking for. EV charging was a convenient bonus, and the hot tub was a nice touch. We also enjoyed the bottle of wine the property provided — a nice, tasty welcome. The host was also very responsive, helping us troubleshoot the WiFi almost immediately. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend and this was a great spot for a group getaway!

This was an amazing property! It was absolutely perfect for our group. It had a fully stocked kitchen. The living space was huge! The garage/play area was wonderful for the kids. The bedrooms were huge with several of them having their own bathrooms. It was just the perfect place for us. We plan on booking again for next year.

The property matched up to everything as described. The beds were comfortable, there were lots of beach toys for the kids to play with, boogie boards for the bigger kids. The hot tub was used two or three times a day, sometimes four. Plenty of storage space for food in the kitchen. We did a crab boil, and the large pot was perfect. I would’ve loved to use the fire table off the master bedroom, but it was just too windy. There was an area of sand where we were able to have a bonfire so that made up for it. If we ever decide to have a family vacation in the Westport area again I will definitely take this property again.

Wonderful house! We cane with our kids and grandkids to celebrate our granddaughter's 6th birthday and the house was stocked perfectly for a family. They had all the special items we use at home and everything you would need ir want for kids and babies, so it made for such a comfortable stay. Everything was clean, there were plenty of towels and linens and they even left a bottle if wine. We will definitely be back!

This is our second time staying at this property. The house itself is perfect, but read all below to see the temporary issues involving surrounding construction.Pros: The house is amazing: very clean, with five bedrooms, four of which are full bedrooms comfortable for 4 couples. The fifth is a kids bunk room. The beds are comfortable, and the many bathroom excellent. The main living area is very roomy and comfortable; the kitchen is well equipped. There is much thoughtfulness put into what a renter might desire. We were 4 couples and found the lay out excellent for hanging out.The hot tub is very nice. There is a good path for a short walk to the beach. Pet friendly. Cons: These cons are temporary and hopefully will be mostly gone in the ensuing months. But please note there is a LOT of construction going on in this development, including on both sides of the unit. On one side the digger was removed and the house already framed and sided so hopefully won't be an issue. The house on the other side is just beginning to be framed so would anticipate a number of more months of construction there. But neither of those two sites were too bad overall. The main issue was a few lots down is a big project involving tunneling fiber optic cable (with plans to lay cable to Alaska interestingly). Per the workers, this will be going on for another few months. So...depending on the wind, there is varying amounts of noise and diesel fumes, mostly in afternoon.
