4th of July on the beach is the bomb! Regardless of less than semi good accommodations for the price, overall, we enjoyed our stay. Paula was quick to address some issues we had; pay attention to which condo pays for beach chairs/umbrella. Current rate is 50 a day. We will be back!

Good place to stay

We loved this property and will definitely wanna stay here again the only thing is the master bedroom tv was messed up so we couldn’t watch it but other than that it was great!!!!!

Wonderful place

Very clean Great view Easy walk to shopping and resturants. Love balcony. Paula went above and beyond to make my stay great.

Great vacation, will return!

Everything was great from check in to check out. Perfect view right on the ocean with close by shops and eateries. Paula was awesome to deal with and made everything easy for us. We will be returning!

Great condo

The owner was very kind and flexible , as I had some unforseen changes in my schedule. The condo was beautifully decorated. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Loved it!

Our contact was kind, but gave us the wrong code to get into our room. She answered promptly when we called and we got that sorted out. We needed two parking passes and it took us numerous calls and they didn’t hand us the parking pass until the next morning and only gave us one instead of two. We were frustrated, but our car wasn’t towed so that’s a plus. The condo was clean and the views were beautiful.

Spectacular View

Overall, we had a great stay. The view was spectacular. The condo was clean. Paula was very helpful throughout our stay. She replied to my text in a timely manner. She replaced the broken television. Some of the furniture needs to updated. I would recommend this property.

Panama City Beach Getaway

The view was amazing! The property was very clean. Security was visible the entire time. Very quiet & peaceful. The property manager came by to introduce herself while we were at the pool. The condo was very nice & welcoming. The only issue we had was that the TV in the spare room wasn't working. I believe it was just a bad cord. We moved the one from the master bedroom over. We would absolutely book this place again!

Nice but not ready at check-in

This property is nice and conveniently located however, it had not been cleaned upon check in at 4. The manager responded quickly and the property was eventually cleaned by 6. However, we never heard back after she was supposed to check back in. The beds are very used but the other amenities are nice. Probably won’t be back to this unit.

Mostly fab…

The place was great, but my son was told his car tag should last the week ….then his car was towed away on Monday! A costly mistake $250 to get it back!

Bit of a fixer-upper…

We unfortunately ran into a lot of trouble with this stay… here is our honest review: The first day of our trip, before we even arrived, Paula let us know the dishwasher was broken and she had ordered a new one to be replaced the next day. It messed up our first night because the repair man was late, then had to run out and get more parts that were missing from the new dishwasher. It messed up our plans for the evening. Kitchen was clean, but the toaster was missing a handle… seemed like a cheap appliance that should have been replaced. The sheets in the master bedroom were sandy, and my husband found hair in them. We slept on top of the comforter with a blanket for the entire stay. The front bedroom’s bed was cheap and literally broke day 4 of our trip when my dad sat on it. (And he’s not a large man lol). Both mattresses were extremely worn. The patio furniture was not what was pictured online - when we arrive two of the chairs were falling apart. The bathroom had a leak, and there was a huge crack in the shower wall of the master bathroom. It looked like someone had put tape over it to “fix it.” Part of the sink handle was also missing. On a better note, the pool was nice and the view from the balcony is stunning. Paula was very easy to work with, and she did get us help when we needed (like when the bed broke). But overall, we were very disappointed in this rental.

Great Location, Short Walk to Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is a great and large space with a huge balcony. Very close to the beach, just a short walk next to the pool, hot tub and pool are great. Tight parking deck, but plenty of spaces. Very close to PCB tourist spots, walking distance to Pineapple Willys. The entire condo however was very sandy when we arrived, unsure if it had been vacuumed. The balcony bedroom also was not the cleanest, spots still in the toilet and on the towels. A pair of swim trunks were still there from previous guests. Glasses in the kitchen were cloudy and some plates did not get fully cleaned by the dishwasher. Make sure to bring your own paper towels and coffee filters, they did not supply those.

Great condo on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the balcony that faced the beach and ocean. Condo very nice and had all we wanted. I alerted mgmt that the washer leaked on the floor and one of the beds needed replaced as it sunk on one side and was high on the other.

Love the location away from the crowds of Spring Breakers but also within walking distance if that’s what you like. Paula was fantastic and very responsive! She was quick to resolve booking issues and even when the gate wouldn’t let us out of the parking garage. We had a great time!
