Happily Ava-After is a family friendly inspired cabin with 2,000 sq. ft of living space and 1,000 sq. ft of covered patio space, giving you plenty of room to relax and make memories for all ages!

A large open floor concept flows between the kitchen, dining and living room making this cabin perfect for entertaining. Our fully stocked kitchen provides plenty of space to cook a delicious meal. Pruitt's' is the best stocked store in Hochatown, which is located north of Broken Bow. We keep the everyday necessities around such as coffee, sugar, creamer, pots/pans, utensils, seasonings, oil, along with plenty of other items you may need to prepare your meals. We provide dishwashing detergent, dish soap, hand soap, sponges, trash bags, and a few rolls of paper towels and toilet paper in each bathroom to get you started. Our washer and dryer are located in a hall closet close to the kitchen.

To the side of the living area is our game room and bunk room in one. It houses its own full size private bathroom with a tub/shower combo with vanity. The kids can entertain themselves with our variety of board games, jumbo blocks or any of our table games of pool, air hockey and foosball. There is also a smartTV in this room.

Head outside where you will be surrounded by beautiful pines and lots of nature sounds. Enjoy our covered patio decks where you can watch a movie or a football game in front of our outdoor fireplace, grab some friends for a game of corn hole, or soak in the relaxing hot tub. As you walk off the porch you will see a play set for the kids to let off some energy and also our custom built swings. Pick a seat around the firepit and grab the roasting sticks from the kitchen for some smores! We supply a starter supply of wood and can provide more for a fee upon request. Our propane grill sits on the back patio as well for use.

KING SUITE 2- Downstairs, private bathroom with walk in shower and vanity, hair dryer
KING SUITE 3- Downstairs, private bathroom with walk in shower and vanity, hair dryer
GAME/BUNK ROOM- 6 twin bunks set up (triple stacked) with full bathroom tub/shower combo and vanity. Enclosed toilet area for added privacy

**Shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in all showers
**We have plenty of towels and a starter pack of toilet paper in each bathroom

LOCATION:
We are located in a more secluded addition right off HW 259 but within 10 miles from town where lots of activities, restaurants, shops, hiking trails, lakes, etc. are at.

PET RULES:
*$80 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 pet MAXIMUM up to 75 lbs and must be entered at booking. Pets are NOT allowed on furniture and preferred not to be left unattended. Any damage left to the cabin will result in additional charges.


*MUST BE 24 OR OLDER TO BOOK AND PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE PRESENT.

*WE COLLECT A $1000 SECURITY DEPOSIT THAT WILL BE RELEASED 7 DAYS AFTER CHECKOUT. YOUR DOOR CODE WILL BE SENT TO YOU TWO DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL ALONG WITH DETAILED DIRECTIONS.

*SIGNED RENTAL AGREEMENT IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO BOOK.

*VIOLATION OF ANY HOUSE RULES INCLUDING PET RULES WILL RESULT IN REMOVAL FROM PROPERTY AND FORFEIT OF DEPOSIT
