This is Timberstone—a newly built modern luxury cabin conveniently located in the heart of Hochatown that provides a perfect retreat for families and friends. We offer a space complete with amenities for all and crafted with a serene blend of architectural elements and tasteful modern minimalist finishes that creates a rejuvenating sense of tranquility. Located on a quiet lot of wooded pines that is central to all the area has to offer with easy, flat roads leading to and from it.

GUEST ACCESS
We offer keyless check-ins for guests. A keycode is sent prior to arrival in order to enter the cabin. For your safety, this keycode is changed after every guest’s check out time.

Guests have access to the entire cabin except for 2 locked closets (one on the main floor connected to the Washroom, and the other next to the arcade center in the Game Room area) that are for storage. All other spaces are yours to enjoy!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Maximum occupancy: 10 people (adults, children 2 years and older). Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement.

We do not give refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

For the safety of our guests and our cabin, we have installed exterior cameras—one is above the main entrance, facing the driveway, and the second is facing the back doors cabin entrance. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.

Interference with the wifi and cameras are prohibited.

We do not permit the following at any time:
- Pets (owners have severe allergies)
- Smoking or vaping of any kind
- Fireworks
- Parties

Must be 25 years or older to rent and the person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.

Keep in mind that Broken Bow / Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.

A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee (K-Cup pods), tea and spices will be provided for your stay. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, towels, and linens.

Tankless propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.

We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.

Fireplaces are seasonal from mid-October to early May. (Dates may change if the weather changes early.)

Furniture and decors are subject to change without notice.

Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1,000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
