This 4 Br condo is located on the 14th floor of Mar Vista Grande with elevator access. It's renovated with new beds, TVs, and paint. A private balcony is accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 14th floor with good views and many upscale features including granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, a fully stocked kitchen flat-screen TVs, and crown molding in the living room. The entire unit has been upgraded with LVP flooring

Go ahead, and indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and the vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

** Please Note -- The Indoor Pool will be closed from April 1st for appx. 6 weeks for renovations. **

This unit is wonderful. It was big enough for all of us and right on the beach!! Also the swimming pools were great. Even had a kiddy pool for my grandson. I highly recommend this unit.

Family vacation with grands

Mar vista is a wonderful condo . This condominium is extremely clean . From the elevators to the pool area. We throughly enjoyed our stay here. The only upgrade needed would be the sofa and love seat in the living room. The kitchen is well stocked, the fridge and stove are brand new . The balcony is a great place to spend time with family. We enjoyed the large dining table also .

The Property was a perfect fit for our family.The balcony provided great views The Beds were comfortable The water pressure in the showers were great!Parking and check in was perfect.I would stay at this place again for sure!First world problem complaints:The Internet speed was so slow. We were not there to watch TV, but it was an issue when we tried due to the internet strength.It was non existent on the balcony - just fyi!I would suggest bringing containers for left overs and aluminum foil and storage bags.

We needed a place for our baby to sleep. We were told a bed or portable crib would be available. Last minute we were told it was not available and we needed to rent one elsewhere. The appliances were very worn, you could not read the stove dials and had to guess what dial was for what burner, the pots and pans were also in bad shape the teflon was coming off not safe to use. Batteries in remotes were dead, had to buy new batteries, We were told laundry soap and kitchen detergent was going to be included in the unit price. 6 adults and two kids, there was one pod. We had to buy additional pods not the end of the world but we were told it was included like the portable crib… no I didn’t call and complain we just handled it.. but this one s why I have a less than good review.

Father's Day at the beach

MarVista 1401 has a good view of the ocean and nicely furnished balcony. The beds were very comfortable. New flooring throughout the unit. Living room furniture and some kitchen appliances including the oven, microwave and dishwasher need updating. Water pressure in most bathrooms was good but not in master bath shower. B2 Vacations was responsive to questions and quick to address a stopped up drain. Great weather and fun week.

Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything in the condo was wonderful.The building was so nice.We loved that the parking garage had parking directly under the building.Everything was secure.We felt very safe in the building. The condo is well maintained.The large shower in the master was wonderful. As well as the jetted tub. All other rooms were wonderful. Plenty of room to spread out for our entire family. All of the beds were very comfortable, we were very happy with our stay. The condo may need a new coffee maker and the ice maker at the bar was not in operating order. But we were completely okay with that. We were so thrilled with the view and the amenities of the building, including the wonderful pools. If we return to north myrtle beach, we will definitely book again with this condo.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was perfect for the size of our group. The layout was accommodating to everyone we were traveling with, and the location was perfect. We could easily access the beach, as well as the streets to walk to the local shops and bars. The hosts were very responsive before we arrived with any questions that I had. We would definitely stay at this location again.

We have stayed in lots of condos and houses in North Myrtle Beach over the years, and this one was the best! It was so clean, easy communication with the owners, and we love Mar Vista's amenities. Stay here (but not during our beach week! Ha!)!

Great location and large unit. Lacks attention to details, like deep cleaning and paint touch up and furniture is wobbly. Great patio but it was filthy dirty and had hodgepodge of old patio furniture. I have seen other units and this one is used a lot and not maintained very well.

Excellent stay

First ever trip with family and first ever beach trip for me and my husband. The condo had a home feel, couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay. Weather was beautiful and so relaxing. I would recommend this condo to anyone for a great stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice Family Stay

The cleanliness of the room and entire building was great. Spotless. The pools inside and out were nice. Tiki bar was nice to have. The location is great if you want a quieter stay than that in the heart of Myrtle Beach. North Myrtle Beach is less busy, more quiet. We were happy to drive to all the attractions and things we wanted to do. Nothing was more than 25 minutes away from the resort. We stayed with extended family and there was plenty of room for all of us. Overall was a great place to stay and we look forward to a return visit.

Lovely place.

This is very nice condo with a nice large balcony to watch the waves! The beds are comfortable and spacious rooms. The place has coffee and a coffee maker. Great pots and pans. Dish and shower soaps and conditioners provided. The internet worked well. The washer and dryer do a great job. The building has plenty of fast elevators and 6 pools, hot tubs. The beach is easy to access and beautiful. And the parking is plentiful and easy. This was our second stay at 1401 and we highly recommend the place. It is easy booking and Chandra responds quickly. They have a great check in and check out system. 😄

Wonderful Relaxing Stay!

We loved our stay at this condo. It was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The view from the balcony is outstanding. We were able to relax, unwind, and also enjoy the many amenities that Mar Vista has to offer. We look forward to our spring break in Myrtle Beach each year and look forward to staying here again! Mar Vista Grande Family Vacation

We loved our stay in this beautiful four bedroom condo. When our grandchildren were with us, they absolutely loved the swimming pools, wishing they could swim there all the time. Spacious accommodations and proximity to the beach, plus prompt responses every time when we had questions or needed anything, we thoroughly enjoyed this home and give our highest recommendation!

Great location with all amenities!

Mar Vista Grande is a great complex conveniently located near several shops and dining options. Our unit had everything we needed to make our beach getaway perfect! The owners thought of just about everything! The hot tub and pool area was the perfect combo of in and outdoor plus having a heated pool option was nice on the cooler temperature days. The maintenance and cleaning staff for the building were very kind and kept the property looking great too--something you don't see at similar properties. We definitely recommend this property!

Wonderful condo at Myrtle Beach

We had a wonderful stay at the Mar Vista. Amenities on the property were perfect for our family - the kids loved the pools and lazy river. The adults loved the on site tiki bar. The ocean access was right at the pool and very short distance to the shore. Inside the condo the room/bed arrangements worked perfectly for our two families (4 adults and 4 kids). We would love to stay here again.

For myself, it has direct ocean access and I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
