Eighth floor, fully equipped, 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo with 2 oceanfront balconies. The condo offers direct oceanfront views from the living area balcony and primary bedroom as well as long-range northward shoreline views.

Ocean Bay Club property features include direct ocean front beach access, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor pool, hot tub, lazy river, and fitness room. The property is within walking distance of Main Street North Myrtle Beach. A family friendly area with restaurants, shopping, ice cream, arcades, nightlife, and free weekly outdoor concerts during the summer are all within walking distance.
A five-minute walk to McLean Park offers two playgrounds, a 1/2 mile paved walking trail, restrooms, charcoal grills, picnic tables, 2 tennis courts, and gazebo overlooking a 2 acre lake.

Our Ocean Bay Club 8th floor condo offers home conveniences of:
- Detailed cleaning prior to each guest.
- All bed linens, bath towels, washrags, bath mats provided.
- 4 Bedrooms: King in Primary. King in 2nd bedroom. Queen in 3rd bedroom. 2 single beds in 4th bedroom.
- Main balcony off of the living space offers 4 polywood gliders, 2 foldable chairs, and direct oceanfront & beach views as well as long range northward viewing. Relax for a perfect morning sunrise while viewing the the beach front from North Myrtle all the way to the Cherry Grove pier. North Myrtle, July 4th, fireworks can be viewed from this balcony.
- Second balcony ensuite to bedroom 3 (queen bedroom) offers 2 polywood rockers as a private respite to enjoy the sounds and fragrances of the beach. This balcony has a partial view of the ocean front.
- Fully equipped Kitchen with usable cookware. From fry pans to a crock pot we aim to provide essentials needed for all your cooking needs. Dinnerware plates, glasses, crab crackers, knives, wine glasses, can koozies, etc. Anything we have at our home, is available in our condo.
- 3 bathrooms: Bathroom off of Primary bedroom offers jetted tub and shower, 2nd bathroom with shower/tub near bedroom two. 3rd bathroom with shower/tub in between bedrooms 3 and 4.
- Large TV in main living area and TVs in each bedroom. Roku players on all as well as Spectrum cable including HBO and Showtime.
- In unit washer and dryer with starter detergent/dryer sheets provided.
- Wi-Fi throughout unit.
- Beach Gear: 8 beach towels, 8 beach chairs, 3 umbrellas with Mike Spikes, one beach cart, and a cooler. Towels are in primary bedroom while beach gear is in a closet on property. Provided beach gear NOT set up by lifeguards.
- Additional beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent and set up by contacting North Myrtle Beach Parks and Recreation.
- Keurig with 40 assorted k-cups, sugar, and creamer provided
- Essentials provided to include trash bags, paper towels, dishwashing detergent for sink and automatic dishwasher, spices, olive oil, bathroom hand soap and toilet paper.

- Updated and maintained yearly. Every year during the off season we update areas of the condo. From deep cleaning of tile grout to refreshed wall paint or new essentials, we strive to keep the condo updated every year.

This is an owner rental that we manage. No rental company check-in/check-out process upon arrival or departure. Once condo is cleaned for your arrival (after 3pm), you can enter anytime, 24 hours a day. Welcome guide will be sent by VRBO 3 days before check-in OR available on the VRBO app after booking. Bath and kitchen linens will be in place for your arrival and beds will be made. On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you the condo is ready. No contact check-in, simply follow the welcome guide and enjoy your vacation.
