This is an amazing family home , perfect for couples or a family looking for a great place to stay while enjoying the Incline Village area of North Lake Tahoe! The main living area includes a spacious family room with a big sectional couch and a big screen tv, perfect for family movie night. Off the family room is a large sunroom with amazing views forest views from every window with 2 additional couches and a fireplace. Off the family room there is a spacious dinning room table and gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a home cooked meal!

The lower level of the home features the guest suites -- perfect for any size or style of vacationers! There are three spacious bedrooms which includes the master bedroom which has its out master bathroom with dual vanities, a large shower and a comfy electric fireplace. Off the master bedroom there is a separate flex space that has a couch and desk providing you a quiet space to get some work done or to read a book and relax.

Out back you can relax in a brand new private hot tub with loungers under the towering pines.

This two-story home sleeps 6 occupants between 4 bedrooms which includes 3 beds plus 3 couches throughout the house that has pull out beds. All bedrooms are located on the lower level of the house:

Bedroom Layout:

1. Master bedroom is downstairs - This master bedroom offers a king-size bed, electric fireplace, plus central heat, king size bed, flat-screen TV with streaming options. The master bathroom has a dual sink vanity and walk in shower. This room has a sliding glass door that takes you to another room (office/bedroom) that has a desk & a couch that pulls out to a queen bed. This room also leads you to the back patio with access to the hot tub. The only access to the office/bedroom and outside spa is through the master bedroom.

2. Bedroom 2 has a queen size bed

3. Bedroom 3 has a full sized bed


There is an additional office/flex space that a sofa bed that pulls out to a queen bed. This room has heat, blinds and a desk and can be used as an office or sitting area, although it is not considered an actual bedroom. . ****Please note, to access this room, you need to go through the master bedroom and through a sliding glass door that takes you to this office/flex space room with the sofa that pulls out to a bed. You have to go through this office/flex space area to get to the outside hot tub as well****

There is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo located downstairs between bedroom 2 & 3

-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.


You must also acknowledge:

- Must climb stairs —This is a 2-story home, there are a few steps to get up to the front porch/front door and then there are stairs inside the home to get to the 2 of the bedrooms and to the upstairs family room area.

- Security camera/recording device — Our properties may have outdoor security cameras aimed on the exterior of the home, doorbell camera and/or an alarm system for the safety of the house and its occupants.

- May encounter potentially dangerous animals — Wildlife can be seen and cars should be locked with car windows up to avoid bears trying to access vehicles.
