4. Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made with the host.
5. Kindly remove shoes upon entering to help maintain cleanliness.
6. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay.
7. Dispose of garbage in the provided bins and recycling appropriately.
8. Maximum occupancy must be respected at all times.
9. Use of the fireplace is permitted only with adult supervision and following provided instructions.
10. Guests are responsible for adhering to all local laws and regulations.
