Boardwalk is not available as it was damaged beyond repair during a storm. Thank you for your understanding!



NO boat/RV/trailer parking allowed on the property.



No unapproved over night guests - if unapproved guests or guests over the guest count are found to be staying over night you may incur a fine.



Please note there are 2 exterior cameras at the property- one at the front door and one at the back door. The home is in an area with lots of wildlife! Please be aware at all times. Each of the living spaces are separated from the bedrooms.



Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.
