The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space, essential cookware, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, while the dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating for four at the island—ideal for casual meals or gathering with friends and family.

The primary suite provides a restful escape with a plush king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower combination. The guest bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements with two twin beds, making it a great option for families or additional guests.

The porch features a bar height table for 4 and a single Adirondack chair nestled in a corner. Just below, you’ll find a small white sand beach and grassy area, complete with a communal BBQ—perfect for laid-back afternoons by the shore. Guests also enjoy exclusive access to the private fishing pier and fish cleaning station, along with the community pool and hot tub for added relaxation.

The condo features a single-level main living area for easy comfort, though it is located in a stilted building and requires two flights of stairs to access the front door. -Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
