Enjoy the views from inside and out at this tranquil lake front home. This beautifully updated home is in the perfect location on High Rock Lake with colorful sunrises which may be enjoyed outside or in the comfort of the cozy sunroom.

This 3 bedroom 2.5 bathroom home offers a spacious deck/patio, outdoor fire pit, 16' water bouncer with slide, private dock/boat ramp, and beautiful lake front views. Enjoy time on the water or relaxing time indoors - this home has it all!

The space
Wake up in the morning and head into the sunroom for a cup of coffee while taking in all the views the lake has to offer. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, dishes, and cooking staples. Combination Keurig and regular coffee maker available. Gather around the large dining room table for a family breakfast or dinner!

The cozy living room with gas fireplace is the perfect place to relax after a busy day. The large windows overlooking the sparkling lake water are a constant invitation to get outside! The sunroom couch pulls out to be a queen sleeper sofa for two extra guests! Cable is set up on the Living Room TV. All 3 Smart TVs enable users to log onto their personal streaming accounts.

When you are ready to turn in for the night, head upstairs to the master bedroom. The king size bed and quality bedding will ensure a luxurious night's sleep! The master is set up with a flat screen TV, full size mirror, and attached bathroom featuring a large rainfall shower! The bunk room, which sleeps four, is located upstairs across from the laundry/utility room. The final bedroom is located on the main floor. Conclude your evenings with a barbecue meal at the outdoor dining table or by roasting s'mores lakeside around the fire pit (firewood included)!

*The rental includes paper products, linens, towels, hairdryer, iron, and first aid kit. We offer lake toys (15' lily pad, premium life jackets, knee board, large tow behind tube with all associated ropes and a 24' pontoon boat) for an additional fee. Please let us know AHEAD of your arrival date if you wish to rent any add-ons.

Check out our newest amenity: a 16' water bouncer with slide and attached floating dock! Waiver MUST be signed for all guests (regardless if they intend to use) before check in.
