To that end, we do focus on star ratings and past host reviews and only accept guest in the 4 to 5 start range. For guests with a new account and no reviews, we do not want to penalize you as we all start at the beginning.

That said: ***Unfortunately, due to fraudulent activity and in an effort to protect our property, neighbors, surrounding guest and your future ability to safely use short term rentals, we have begun to request current picture Id's (like a driver’s license) from people (every adult in your party) that have new accounts or accounts with no trips and/or reviews. We will also need a resident report which you can get by clicking the link below. YOU WILL INITIALLY PAY (only profile holder / person requesting the trip needs to do this) for this report and WE WILL COMPENSATE THE FULL COST of the report after you have completed your trip AS A CREDIT. This requiring people to pay for this report will stop SCAMMERS from requesting bookings and making everyone’s life difficult. In the end: WE WILL HAVE PAID FOR THE REPORT, you have enjoyed your trip, we will give you a review on your trip that will begin the process of having a vacationing history. Win/Win !
