Lovely brand new private home in the White Mountains!

Stunning new home in Franconia designed for a true getaway in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. What we love about this property is the expansive kitchen, open floor plan, screened in 3 season porch, ski tuning and recreation equipment room, gas fireplace, separate bar area and 10 acres of wooded privacy. The home is just over 2000 square feet of single floor living. The floor to ceiling gas fireplace is controlled by remote from the comfort of the couch. The open floor plan allows for being together in the kitchen, dining room and great room with plenty of room to spread out. A room devoted to ski tuning and outdoor equipment storage off of the two car garages accommodates all your outdoor activities. Minutes from Cannon Mountain and other ski resorts as well as plenty of hiking, biking and cross country skiing/snow show trails.

We provide a complimentary pack-n-play and high chair upon request.

Pets are NOT permitted at this property.

Important Notes:

This property is shared with wildlife both large and small. We do everything possible to keep them outside. Please do not leave food or garbage outside, as it acts as a free meal for the wildlife.

Mountain weather can be unpredictable. Please prepared for a variety of seasonal weather conditions.

This is a beautiful home on a beautiful property in a beautiful location! Host was helpful, home is clean and well stocked, beds and accommodations comfortable. We went to a wedding at Toad Hill Farm which was walkable it’s so close. Also easy drive to town and restaurants for supplies. Highly recommend!

Fabulous stay in Franconia

This was our second stay at this property. The home is spacious and absolutely beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need to cook. The beds are comfortable and the shower pressure is great. We greatly appreciate the central air conditioning, which seems to be rare in this area. We’ve stayed at many wonderful rentals over the years, but this is definitely our favorite!!!

Ice castle trip

We went to see the Ice castles and the house was a short drive away. The house was beautiful and the views of the mountains were great too. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Would stay here again anytime

One of the best homes we’ve ever rented!

My family and I rented John’s gorgeous home for about a week for a family wedding in Franconia towards the end of August. The home was absolutely perfect. It had everything you could ask for, it was absolutely spotless, could not have been more comfortable, surroundings were so beautiful, honestly we could not have asked for more. John was so responsive with any questions we had about anything to do with the home, he could not have been a more gracious host. Thank you so much John for sharing this special spot! We absolutely loved it!

Outstanding Property!

This was our second time staying at this rental. The property is awesome; super clean, kitchen has everything you need, plenty of room, bathrooms are top notch, and the beds are extremely comfortable. John, the host, did an excellent job of making sure our stay was perfect. Will certainly return and will recommend to family and friends.

Fabulous stay in Franconia!

We had a wonderful few days in Franconia. The home is absolutely gorgeous! Everything was super comfortable, including the beds, sofas and kitchen stools. The home was completely stocked with anything you could need. We would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area!

Another Great Weekend in Franconia

We returned to John’s beautiful home because of the wonderful location, the gorgeous house, and the ease of working with John. It was another wonderful weekend filled with skiing, time by the fire and cooking in the beautiful kitchen. Can’t wait to be back.

Family ski getaway

This house is simply amazing!!! The owner, John, met us upon arrival and showed us around this beautiful home. Our family loved the serene location after a day of skiing. This property is immaculate and included all the things needed for a comfortable stay. We look forward to returning again!

Perfect Weekend

Thanks to John for such a wonderful weekend! We were up there for a crazy storm but the house is so well-stocked and the generator is so reliable that we barely even noticed. The house is beautiful and the location is unbeatable.

The perfect stay

My sister and I rented this property for a weekend stay with our families and couldn’t be happier. This was our 4th year renting a NH home for a fall foliage weekend and this house was by far the best. The property is new, beautiful, spacious, modern, and clean. Everything was very well stocked and we had everything we needed and more. The home is surrounded by lots of scenic areas that are perfect for viewing fall foliage. We were just a ten minute drive from from some of our favorite attractions such as Mt. Cannon/Echo Lake and Polly’s Pancake Parlor. We would definitely stay here again!

Cannon Mountain/Bretton Woods Ski Trip

We are a family from Belmont, MA that loves to ski. We have stayed all over Maine and NH (Loon, Sunapee, Cannon, Sunday River, etc.), and this place was by far the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It’s a little off the beaten path, but that’s part of the charm. 10-15 minutes from Cannon, under half an hour from Bretton Woods, and a scenic drive in any direction. I will put it this way: There are Garnet Hill sheets on the beds and and a Tazo tea sampler stocked in the pantry. That should tell you enough. Oh yeah, and a nice big garage to pull your car into (makes packing and unpacking so easy) The owner was helpful and responsive, and even left a gift package for us with chocolate dipped pretzel rods and blueberry jam from Maine. Five stars all around. A hidden gem!

Beautiful Home

We highly recommend this VRBO home. The owners are next door and extremely nice and helpful. The house is beautiful, very clean and has everything you will need to make your stay enjoyable. The kitchen is stocked well with cooking utensils, pots, pans ect. There were basic condiments and tea. Plenty of bath towels and toiletries. Laundry on-site which is really helpful when you have a family. Its a very cozy, clean home with excellent hosts!

Wonderful stay

Our family had a great time visiting. John was very helpful, introduced himself and gave us a tour of the house. The house was beautiful and fully stocked, nice location. Great place to come back and hang after a day of skiing. Will definitely be back!

Great house great hosts!

Our family of four and our friends (family of four) recently stayed at this beautiful new home in Franconia. The hosts greeted us upon arrival to tour the home and even put together a well thought out gift basket! The home is new construction and clearly the hosts put a lot of thought into the exterior and interior design. The house is spotless and well maintained. The gas fireplace creates a comfortable atmosphere to relax after skiing. Located very close to Cannon Mountain. We would definitely return to this home for our next ski trip!

This property is quiet and peaceful and a great location for the White Mountains. The spacious home is impeccable. We stayed with our 2 adult children. We enjoyed using the amazing kitchen. Our host was excellent. We look forward to a future stay.
