The space
As a Baylor alumnus, we love everything Baylor! We have watched Waco grow into a charming vibrant city, thanks to Chip & Joanna! From silos, unique restaurants, many boutiques to shop at, and outdoor parks along the River. Waco is a place we like to escape to from the big city with family or friends. We're within minutes of all major Waco attractions.

Clay Oak Cottage will bring the best escape, comfort, and Tranquility. Its name was inspired by the old red oak tree in the front yard. Expect comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and amazing backyard to sit and relax. Kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you will need with large dinning and living room areas where you will create lasting memories.

All of the house and backyard are accessible. The garage is off-limits at this time.
We do have cameras in the outside of the property for security. Also motion lights in the driveway at night.
