Welcome to our family vacation home! We hope you find it as comfortable and relaxing as we do!

Come to "clean & scenic" Scottsdale and make yourself comfortable at our 4-bed, 2-bath vacation home. This 2,066-square-foot house is perfect for 6 guests and features a spacious yard with grill, unheated diving pool, sunroom, multiple seating and dining spaces, hot tub (at no extra expense with no heating fee) and all the comforts of home. Located just outside of Phoenix, this single-level home is just a few minutes' drive away from countless restaurants, stores, parks, hiking, and attractions. Spring Training facilities and many golf courses are very close by too!

Hang out in the living room, fix a snack or a meal in the fully-equipped kitchen, relax on the couch in the family room and watch a game or a movie on the big flat-screen TV, shoot some pool, throw some darts, go for a refreshing swim in the unheated pool, or soak up some sun on the lounge chairs.

The large kitchen features tiled floors, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, lots of pots and pans, cooking utensils, plates, bowls, silverware - everything you'll need to enjoy a great meal.

Choose from the dining tables either in the kitchen or sunroom to enjoy your meals. For al fresco dining, head outside to the outdoor table or get comfy on the cushioned red seats near the pool.

Two of the four bedrooms offer 2 twin beds in each, while the 3rd bedroom offers a queen bed, and the master bedroom features a king-sized bed. All 4 bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs with either cable or streaming devices so you can enjoy your favorite shows.

A new washer and dryer were recently installed and are available for use during your stay, so you don't have to go home with bags of dirty laundry!

This house is just 15-20 minutes to downtown Phoenix, Old Town Scottsdale, Phoenix International Airport, Spring Training and many other destinations!

Golf at Talking Stick, Scottsdale Stadium, Troon North, We-Ko-Pa, Arizona Biltmore, Gainey Ranch golf clubs, & TPC Scottsdale Stadium course, all just 5-30 min away.

Please, no additional guests besides those included on the reservation. Additional guest fees will apply if guests not listed on the reservation stay at the house. Rates are based on occupancy of up to 6 people and there will be a charge of $50 per person, per night for each additional guest, with a maximum of 8 guests allowed. Every effort is made to have the hot tub available for use, but on rare occasion it may not be available due to circumstances beyond our control. Since there is no extra cost for the use of the hot tub, we cannot offer a refund if it is not usable during your stay. We are glad to accommodate requests for early check-in and late check-out when possible. There will be a fee of $50-100 depending on the amount of time requested.
