Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located home, minutes from Arizona Stadium and McKale Center. This 1926 Bungalow welcomes you with bright spaces with high ceilings. Bedrooms 1&2 have queen beds and Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Zinus memory foam to ensure restful nights. Proximate to downtown, 4th Avenue, University of Arizona. 15 min Uber to Tucson International Airport. 20 min to Saguaro National. Private gated parking in rear. Beardown Arizona!

Full kitchen outfitted for short and long term stays stocked with essentials. Coffee provided (K-Cups) and Tea provided, but we also provide alternate brewing methods if you choose to bring your own. We recommend grabbing some beans from Presta (on 9th St/3rd Ave) or Exo Coffee (on 6th Ave/7th St) if you're into that. Make sure they grind them for you, no grinder provided.

Centrally located in Tucson. You're 20 min from loads of stuff. 20 Min to shopping, including the Apple Store at La Encantada Mall. 20 min to hiking at Saguaro National Monument (West). 20 Min walk to University Square and campus nightlife.

Our place is a short 20 min ride from the airport via rideshare or rental car.

If you're coming to Tucson to catch a game or see your Wildcat graduate, be ready for a vibrant community around this neighborhood. Parking can be a challenge on busy days, but you're set here with private gated parking accessible via the alleyway and just steps from anything on campus.

UA Family Weekend

Great house for our family weekend stay at U of A. Walking distance to football stadium/campus. Pefect for 2 sets of parents and a couple siblings. Highly recommend!

Easy access

This is the perfect place to stay when you want to attend any U of A activities. The campus is easily accessible, the neighborhood was comfortable and the house was exactly as described.

Great place in a convenient location

My wife and I had a wonderful experience at this property for one week. A great location near the University in a quiet neighborhood. Property owner was very communicative and made sure everything was taken care of for us. We would definitely book again!

Quaint home!

This house was so charming! The hosts were very gracious and thoughtful-- they left treats for our dog along with a note to welcome my family and I. We plan on staying at this home when we are in town again!

Awesome Location

Our family was in Tucson for the weekend and had an amazing stay. We loved the central location it was great for getting around town. The home had all the amenities we needed, check in was easy and detailed instructions were provided. Ample space for parking was provided in the rear of the home. The beds were incredibly comfortable! Hope we are able to spend time here again in the future!

Great Family Home!

We had a very nice time at this house. It was bigger than the pictures made it look and very comfortable. The beds were great and the living room area with spacious enough for all five of us. The kitchen was all stocked and it was awesome to have a big backyard for our boys to run around in. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and woupf definitely stay again!

Family Stay(pet)

Absolutely as profile described. Extra roomy and updated appliances. Everything you could possibly need was provided,very modern, perfect location and the yard was a plus+++. Very safe feeling as well. I enjoyed our stay away from home.

Fabulous!

Our family stayed here to check out the University of Arizona campus. It was the perfect location walking distance from the school. The house itself is beautiful and had everything we needed. Everything was clean, comfortable, and cozy! The hosts gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and were so friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

Perfect Tucson Bungalow

I completely loved this property. From booking, to checking in/out, to the decor and fully stock of essentials. I enjoyed staying at this property so much that it made me miss living in Tucson. Location is perfect and close to downtown/4th ave but away from the craziness of it. Weather was perfect to enjoy a coffee on the front patio during my stay, so I did and it was amazing to hear the birds chirp and relax while I sipped my coffee. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again.

UofA Basketball Camp

Stayed in Tucson so my son could assist with the University of Arizona basketball camp. This cute cottage wasn’t exaggerating when it advertised as being steps away from the University of Arizona. We walked on campus within 3 minutes of leaving the front door!I appreciated the thoughtful and high quality touches. A nice K-cup coffee machine with plenty of pods to choose from, with stunning Hearth and Hand mugs to enjoy it from. The pillow top mattresses were super comfy. This place was ideal because it had a separate owners suite with private bathroom on one side, with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom on the other side. It was ideally located a stones throw away from the University, but also close enough to walk to trendy restaurants and coffee shops. Everything felt clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend getaway from Phoenix

We used our pogo passes for the weekend and explored the wildlife museum, wild katz, and golf n stuff for mini golf, bumper boats and laser tag. We LOVED the location of the home being close to U of A! The home was so spacious and had everything you needed! Even if you forgot bandaids, sunscreen, laundry detergent or coffee creamer! The place was so cute and very well decorated. There are books about Tucson, things to do, animals, etc. They thought of every little thing to accommodate your stay and make you feel at home. The kids loved all the board games and the star wars rug and the showers were so nice! The neighborhood was quiet and safe and we walked around the campus one morning. The owner was extremely helpful when we had a question about the tv. We've stayed in Tucson once a year and this by far is our favorite place and we will definitely be back! We drove to Mt Lemmon one day as this place is so central to everything you want to do. We also went to Little Anthonys Diner and to trail dust town. The home is so bright too which made it really nice, but you can close the blinds if you want it darker. Overall, btw the owner being super helpful with check in, responding to messages right away, the place looking immaculate and the location, we will for sure be back!

Hello! Thanks for checking out our space. Chris is a realtor in Tucson (SA703246000) and loves to introduce folks to our hometown. Helena works for a tech startup in town in human resources. Chris and Helena are both Tucson natives and have spent time living in Dallas, Denver, Chicago and Europe, but the Tucson mountains have always drawn them back.

Helena is a graduate of the University of Arizona and holds her MAOL and PHR certification. Chris holds a BA from Judson University (IL) and spent 10+ years in leadership for a tech company before jumping into real estate full time in 2022.

Our units are not managed by some big firm, this is a small family business and you support many local jobs when you stay with us. Thanks for checking us out and we hope to share a whiskey with you when you're in town!

We began acquiring properties in 2017 and waited for the right property to come available near the University. We love that this place is almost 100 years old, but feels nice and new on the inside. This property also has a basement studio apartment (which we use to rent to a student), one day when we retire, we want to live in a vibrant neighborhood like this.
