Rancho Mirage Home With Large Pool
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay in the heart of Rancho Mirage. Conveniently located near Aqua Caliente Resort and the 10 frwy. Minutes from Costco, Walmart and major shopping centers. Pool is fenced with option to remove at additional cost. Additional daily charge for pool/spa heating. Absolutely no music or outdoor activities after 8pm. 30 day minimum rental only. Tesla charger available for additional charge.
No parties, gathering and festival goers!
HOUSE RULES:
1. Please close umbrellas at night.
2. NO SMOKING indoors! Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose cigarette buds.
3. The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children in your listed reservations. Day guests should not exceed 12.
4. Renter is liable for any damage to the property and agrees to accept the charges to the card on file should damage occur during occupancy.
5. The property is a privately owned home, all Occupants must comply with good neighbor policy:
a. Please treat the Property with the same care you would use with your own residence and leave it in the same condition it was in when you arrived.
b. To prevent theft of or damage to furnishings or your personal property, you agree to close and lock doors and windows when you are not present at the Property and upon check-out.
c. You and other Occupants agree to conduct yourselves throughout your stay in a manner that is respectful of and not disruptive to neighbors, traffic flow, or the community and that will not prompt complaints from police, neighbors, or neighborhood or homeowners association.
d. Noise audible outside the Property is prohibited between 9 p.m. and 8 a.m.
e. You and other Occupants agree to abide by all applicable parking restrictions and limitations. Overnight street parking is prohibited. Vehicles should be parked in the driveway or parking garage overnight.
f. Events: Commercial Photography, Structures, and Parties are prohibited at the Property.
g. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property.
6. No Permanent Residence. You agree that your use of this Property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that you may not use the Property as a permanent residence; and that your permanent residence is and will elsewhere than at the Property.
7. Animals. We accept assistance animals. All other animals require a pet deposit and fee and need approval from the homeowner.
