Spacious and clean house with awesome views
We had a wonderful stay in this house. Ken is a fantastic host. He is generous, helpful with tips for the area and always responded to my messages within a few minutes. The location is hard to beat, with views of the Golf course (the Tee box of a Par 3 hole over a lake is right in front of the house, which was quite entertaining :-) and of the beautiful mountains in the background.To get to the Westin Golf Resort and Driving Range we were allowed to use their electric golf cart which was very convenient. There is a supermarket just 3 minutes away, and within 10 - 15 minutes you reach many hiking trails, Golf courses and "El Paseo" with tons of shops and restaurants. The house is well renovated, spacious and very clean (which the owners would like to keep that way with a set of common sense house rules). The house has 2 Master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs (with the A/C being more audible in the downstairs bedroom).The kitchen is well appointed with modern appliances, a gas range and a Keurig coffee machine. There is a 5G Wifi with great reception throughout the house and patio. The owners allowed you to use their printer as well, which came in handy occasionally.The grounds and pool are well taken care of by regular maintenance service. There are 2 bigger pools for the neighborhood within 100 feet, too.This was our third stay in the area, and this house clearly offered the best match for our needs. We hope to be able to return one day!
