The mighty kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances you need for at-home meal planning, including a dishwasher for stress-free cleanup. After the day's adventures, kick back on the sofa in the living area or relax in bed. A fully enclosed porch extension off the bedroom offers a sunny spot for morning coffee. Laundry facilities in the building provide added convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This was a very nice condo. It was smaller than I expected but it was clean and quiet. It is well worth the price.

Great location for beach and shopping but also private for relaxing. Short drive to visit family and exploring from Portland to Portsmouth NH. Definitely would book this vacation rental again!

This is our third time in maine and we’ve always stayed in different VRBOs, but I think we found a winner to keep for next year! The condo was clean when we arrived, lockbox was easy to use, and we were provided with plenty of essentials to get us through the entire week stay. We loved it!Pros:- Location is great. Right in the center of Wells, next to Congdons donuts and food trucks as well as super short drive to grocery stores and wells beach- Super cute little private screened in balcony where we ate breakfast!- Lots of amenities in the complex - Big fridge, microwave, stove, even a dishwasher!Cons:- AC unit is located in the living room portion of the condo so we ended up leaving the bedroom door open at night and pointing a fan in the room just to be extra sure we’d stay cool- Lack of storage space—it’s obviously a small unit. All cabinets are already full of dishes, glasses, etc. so it was a bit tricky to store our groceries for the week- As bright overhead light haters, we would’ve loved a lamp in the living room to turn on at night!- We also would have loved a toaster instead of a toaster ovenThe cons are definitely not enough to have ruined our stay or swayed us to not come back though! Thanks for a great vacation!

Perfect location for a weekend getaway! We were able to get to Kennebunkport very easily and explore Wells. Property was very clean as well.

Perfect size for the two of us. You do need to know the shower knob falls off. Also, the AC filter needs cleaning, it did not cool as it should have. Also, a table lamp in the living room would be nice rather than using overhead lighting.

Wonderful getaway to the beach in the off season. Very peaceful and comfortable condo! I would rent this again!Note...the ratings asked about a winery which was not a part of this location. I gave it a 5 because everything else for the place and location were great!

It was exactly what I hoped for. I had been feeling so drained and burned out so I rented this little space for a week. When I walked in the colors were cheerful and the place comfortable. A mile to the beach, less than a half mile to grocery stores to get anything I needed. Only caveat- there was no place to store the food I brought/bought for my extended stay so I had to organize it all on the stove top... there also was no place to put recyclables so I got a garbage bag to take all my recyclable trash and brought it back home with me. Also note- the bed felt rock hard, however, it's solid foam so that is due to the temperature being cold (December). I adjusted the super convenient thermostats and within a short time the mattress "thawed" and it would form to my body- it was good for my back, so that helped too. The issue I faced is I didn't know the "check in" with the front office had a time limit. I got there (unknowingly) and hour after their office closed- thankfully the manager had been working late and was about to leave when I showed up. He was extremely friendly, helpful and kind. I would rent this place again.
