This is a unit in a Duplex, with its own separate entrance and the other unit shares no space with it. The pool and hot tub is only used by Air BnB guest. We have multiple units therefore all photos are not exact to this unit.

Guests are responsible for maintaining the general cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the property, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. The trash bin is located in front of the building, and only properly bagged trash may be placed in the bins.

1. Please maintain good relations with our neighbors and be mindful of noise levels, especially after 10:00 PM. Loud music, excessive noise, and parties are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Excessive noise may result in cancellation of the reservation.

2. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including the balcony and pool area. Evidence of smoking will result in a fee of up to $250.

3. Pets are not allowed

4. Please do not set the air conditioning temperature below 70°F.

5. A valid driver’s license or government-issued ID is required at check-in.

6. Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor/bachelorette parties, baby showers, gatherings, or similar activities are not allowed.

7. The number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the reservation.

8. Video productions or commercial filming are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.

9. Please do not adjust the pool or spa heater. Heating is available upon request with a 24-hour notice and is subject to a $20 daily fee.

10. The host is not responsible for any injuries that occur on the property or for any personal belongings left behind. Guests are encouraged to obtain traveler’s insurance for coverage.

11. Please report any damages or issues immediately.

12. Please follow the trash policy when disposing of trash. Excessive trash may result in a fee starting at $50.

13. Guests are responsible for properly cleaning up any biohazards.

14. Before checkout, please place used laundry in the laundry room and load the dishwasher.

15. Check-out time is 10:00 AM.

16. Parking is permitted only in the driveway, with a maximum of 2 vehicles. Street parking is not allowed, and vehicles may be towed at the owner`s expense. Additional parking may be available down the street near the park.
