Sleeps up to 11 guests. Plan your next summer getaway in this cozy and private 4 Bedroom home with a large outdoor yard. Relax in the evenings on the back deck with the gas firepit after grilling your freshly caught whitefish from the local fisheries, roasting smores on the campfires, and playing outdoors games. You might just see some wildlife roaming in from the forest. For experienced hikers, you can hike the ungroomed trails to the lakeshore just a few miles back into the woods from this home. You will be just minutes from hiking the Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore on the North Country Trail or drive a couple miles to the famous scenic overlook at Miners Castle, Miners Beach, and Falls. Located just minutes from Munising's boating and Kayak attractions and the many waterfalls in the area.

Finished walk-out basement with a living room and TV. One of the bedrooms is located in the basement and it has a bunk bed. Bottom bed is a queen and the top is a twin. There is also a futon for additional sleeping.

***There is a doorbell camera mounted at the entryway outside.

***Door code will be released the night prior to check-in for security purposes.

***If you are booking through Airbnb or VRBO you will receive a separate contract from Pictured Rocks Vacation Rentals. In order to receive check-in information you will be required to sign this.

Absolutely the cleanest house we have ever rented on vacation. We rent houses a couple times a year for vacations and this one was very clean. Great location, very short drive to Miners falls and beach. Plenty of room for our family of 8 adults.

Beautiful home with all the comforts of home. Very clean! Master bedroom had a very comfy bed. Bathrooms had plenty of towels. Living space was very comfortable. Excellent location close to our adventures at Pictured Rocks. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing

I have completely forgotten to leave my review for one of the more memorable Vrbo experiences. My family and a couple friends did our UP trip back in August 24, and were incredibly lucky to find this gem. Spacious, clean, huge yard with fire pit hangout area, located conveniently close to all things Munising and Miners beach/falls. Complete isolated up north feel while still close to everything you need and want to see. Next time we take another Munising trip, we will be booking this house again

Staying at North Country Lodge

When we finally got in the door we were very pleased! Everything was neat and cleaned. It was decorated to fit the occasion. The beds were great and we all slept very well.

Positive experience

We had a good relaxing weekend. Place was clean and well equipped. Only problem was the wasp nest right by the garbage bins outside so my husband got stung twice. Other than that it was a very good stay.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is very nice and secluded (be sure thats what you want). Its close enough to the city with a 10-15 min drive to downtown. A couple of issues of note. A couple of the rooms do not have mini-split ac units, so they can be hot in the middle of the day. Secondly, the water hater went out the night before we left, so we did not have access to hot water before we left. I reached out to the propery mgmt company, but not one ever responded.

Great stay in Munising.

This property is perfect and wish we had booked a week. It had everything you could ask for including spices, toilet paper, dish soap, two coffee pots and pods to go with it. We were shocked to find the walk out basement. This is rare as I've stayed in many vrbo's in the past. Super clean, lots of fresh towels and linens. Plenty of dishes, pots and pans, and utensils. There is even a barbeque pit with large utensils for a nighttime fire. We didn't take part but wish we had the time to do so. A grill is also there. Totally worth the price. My only suggestion is a later check out time of at least 11. It was hard for us to strip all the beds, gather towels to the basement, get dishes all washed and also started in the dishwasher, plus garbage by 10. (This maybe just a suggestion to do this extra work by checkout) Had a wonderful time! Thank you.
