This lovely home has 4 bedrooms available with tempur-pedic mattresses. Minutes from Sports Complex at Golden Eagle Regional Park . Nearby golf courses, hiking trails, swimming pool nearby at Alf Sorensen and Sparks Marina .
The space
There are 4 lovely bedrooms, furnished with queen beds ( 1 room has 2 twin beds) and high-quality mattresses and beddings perfect for a quiet and comfortable sleep.

-1 full bathroom with shower, fresh bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer.

-Please feel free to enjoy the kitchen, fully equipped, to prepare a gourmet meal, as provided the following amenities: stove top oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glassware.

-Enjoy bird watching out in the backyard patio with a fresh cup of coffee.
Guest access
Entire house for guest use(except garage and master room). Master room will be available soon.
Other things to note
We ask guests do the following before their 11am check-out, this would make our cleaner's life so much easier, and appreciate your collaboration.
● Garbage: Gather and place all garbage in the appropriate bins.( bins are on the side of home)

● Dishes / Spills: Before leaving, wash all the dishes you used and place them on the drying rack. If something has spilled, please clean it up immediately afterwards
● Towels: Place all used towels in the hamper.
● Furniture: If you’ve moved any furniture, you must move them back to their original location.
● Make sure to take all your items with you. Make sure to double check items that you may have left in the refrigerator, backyard, garage, washer/dryer, and the kitchen cabinets. People often leave items in these areas.
● Check-Out: Please turn off all lights in the home. Put AC to 78. Please lock the front door after you leave, and put the key back in the lock box. Please make sure the lock box is locked.

● $25 penalty if you lose the key.
