Very clean and comfortable home in a nice and convenient location in Pensacola. The number of parking spaces in driveway and garage is an amazing bonus as well as a good size backyard for the younger kids to play. The owners did an excellent job with quick communication and they were very accommodating to our needs. Definitely can highly recommend.

From the moment you walk into the house it really does feel like home. If you get the chance to stay at this property I highly recommend it. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The owners really go above and beyond. We will definitely stay here again!!

Extraordinary Stay!

We stayed here for a quick bachelorette get away and absolutely loved it! We felt safe and enjoyed the large living room space. We had a great time and all spoke of coming back in the future!

This house was wonderful. The den was great for watching football. Close to Pensacola State and the mall. The owners were quick to respond. Wish we would have discovered it earlier. We would definitely stay here again if it was available.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We had more than enough space to accommodate everyone and enjoyed all that the space had to offer. We definitely recommend this property and will try to stay here again any time we have family together again in Pensacola.

The house is immaculate! Cleanest property I have ever stayed in... Kitchen was well equipped, furniture was super comfortable, beds were too. Great place if you have 5-8 people. Rooms were spacious and living areas were very big. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a place close to downtown Pensacola!

We were very happy that we found this property. It is convenient to so many things we wanted to do. Shopping, restaurants (two of our favorite hobbies). The owner was very helpful. The house was very clean when we got there and quite spacious. We have already recommended it to friends and would definitely stay here again. THANK YOU to the Hosts again. Wonderful property!

This property was outstanding. The bedrooms are set up so there is plenty of privacy and separation. Our group included five adults and a toddler. We had plenty of places to entertain the toddler while others slept and lots of lounging space when we were all together. The trundle bed was perfect for the baby, too! The kitchen was beautiful and there was plenty of seating for meals. There is a large parking area, as well. The property has good proximity to the airport and town. Highly recommend!!

Vacation 2025

Moms with kids for week long vacation. Close to shops for last minute necessities. Reasonable distance to the beach and souvenir shops. Very comfy home feel. Plenty of room for every one to have their own space and still big enough for family time during meals. 100% recommend. The house rules printed and laid out throughout the house do not fully match the online expectation rules, however, communication with the owners is fantastic.

Graduation party

I booked this large, beautiful home for a college grad party for my daughter. We had extended family staying with us and needed a place that would fit us all without us feeling cramped.The photos don’t do it justice. Each room is beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and has just about anything you might need.There are two private bathrooms. The driveway gave ample parking for the many vehicles and has additional parking in the garage. I really can’t say enough good things about my stay here.

Beautiful, clean home with a very open space for gatherings. Great indoor and outdoor space with plenty of parking. Host thought of everything you would need for your stay and were very responsive. This home will definitely be on our short list for our next stay.

Awesome property and property owners!

The house was amazing. Everything was high end quality and the owners were super responsive and did everything possible to make sure we had a great time. And we did. The only thing we didn’t realize is that it is multi-level (step down into living room), which may be a challenge for the little ones or anyone with mobility issues. Just something to keep in mind. Overall, an exceptional property. We appreciated that we could invite our local family to join us for a meal.

I'm originally from Ohio and met my wife Jenny in CA. We moved to Pensacola a few years ago to enjoy the beach and what this unique city has to offer. I started visiting Pensacola with my family in the 60s as a young kid, and have always enjoyed Pensacola and felt it was place that stopped in time. We enjoy hearing from our guests and the many stories and memories that have accompanied each guest's visit. We can be as helpful or hands off as you need during your stay. If you need anything before/during/after your stay, please reach out and we're here to help.

The location is safe and very convenient to the airport, shopping at the Cordova Mall or downtown, as well as a short drive the white sand beaches and emerald waters of Pensacola Beach. You won't be disappointed.

1. We have a large parking area and two car garage, if needed.
2. Guests speak highly of the spacious family room which is big enough to accommodate large groups of friends and families that enjoy spending quality time together.
3. The kitchen includes a large island area, with seating, for whatever you need.
4. All bedrooms include very comfortable memory foam mattresses and quality pillows.
5. Providing sparkling clean bathrooms are a basic goal.
6. We continually look for improvement opportunities within and around the property to keep you coming back. As an example we just landscaped the front yard with a Florida appearance. The house has all new impact and sound reducing windows installed in Q1/2025. New HVAC installed in July 2025. There are also two sitting areas for you to relax on the back patio and courtyard to enjoy a comfortable breeze or plenty of sunshine.
