no swimming or motorized boats in the lake. We allow dogs. A $100 pet fee must be paid before arriving at the location. each home has a ring door bell camera, if you bring a pet without paying the fee it will increase to $250. Thank you for understanding!

We have 7 properties close in this community with a sleeping total of 17 if you have a family getaway! See bottom of listing for more information.

Wow. That is the first word that comes to my mind every time I walk in this door! The back of the home overlooks the lake and has two large windows and French doors with amazing views. When you're standing in the kitchen you cannot see land, it is like you're on the water!

Have breakfast, lunch or dinner on the back deck while listening to the sound of nature all around you is a special treat!

Everything in this house is brand new as of December 2022. New central heat and air, new appliances, new flooring, new walls new everything! Nice front load washer and dryer.

Located just 30 minutes south of Chattanooga about 5 mi off of I-75 this amazing cabin is the perfect home away from home.

Feed geese, ducks and fish right from your back deck!

Cute little community where we own three other houses that can be booked at the same time if you have a larger group.

Please let us know if you have any questions! We have five other properties that have either a 4.8 or a 4.9 out of five stars! We are amazing host that are local, only 5 minutes away from these homes and we are always there when you need us.

We absolutely loved this place and we are so glad that we booked it! Everything was perfect. It was fun seeing and feeding the ducks and geese. It was so quiet and peaceful. The cabin is so nice and cozy. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Lakeview Cabin

We spent several days at this beautiful cabin, at a quiet and secluded private late. Beautiful view, lots of geese and duck at the lake, very nice cabin, appears to be recently remodeled. We had a great time and wood would definitely stay again.

A relaxing getaway overlooking a small lake.

What a lovely small cottage. It overlooks a small lake, populated y Canadian geese, Mallard ducks and other birds. Very nicely decorated, comfortable and pristine in its cleanliness. It was well stocked with everything you might need.

Lovely lake cabin

Quiet and peaceful property. Close enough to many attractions, but far enough away to relax and enjoy the outdoors in the evenings. Ducks, geese and frogs made for calming evenings to hang out. House had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Beautiful property

We absolutely adored our stay. The cabin was super clean and the attention to detail with the little jar of duck food and the chocolates on the pillows was so appreciated! The view from the back deck is absolutely stunning. Itā€™s truly a little piece of paradise. Owner was super responsive about check-in time and even left lights on for us since weā€™d be arriving after sunset. We will definitely be returning!

Delightful fishing cottage!

This cottage was clean, well appointed, and beautifully decorated. Sofas and beds were very comfortable. The back deck extended about 15 feet or so into the lake, allowing us to get the maximum fishing and water experience! We were thrilled to catch 3 fish! The hosts and staff were super nice and promptly communicated. Very enjoyable experience! We would definitely stay here again!

5 of the 6 homes we own and rent in this community literally have decks on the water! Fishing is right at your doorstep. Our cleanliness is unparalleled
to anyone else. Our service is superior. Our property manager, our daughter Rachael has been in hospitality management for 23 years! She is certified in hospitality management and a licensed CAM. You will be taken care of and want to return year after year!
