We offer complimentary arrival pick up from CDG and Orly airport as well as all train stations.

Adorable and quiet apartment with lots of morning sun, perfectly situated off the Rue du Commerce in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. This apartment has been in our family for 4 generations! The antique furniture is also from our family.

The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator in a secure building, with plenty of old world charm to compliment modern conveniences.

You month long stay includes mid-stay cleaning with change of linens. Weekly cleaning service is available at a nominal charge.

NOTE: We have 2 other apartments in the same building.

Our stay here was very comfortable and we felt very safe in the neighbourhood at all times. The area was also very quiet at night which was nice. Marie, the host, arranged pick up from our train station when we arrived and greeted us at the flat which was very kind and helpful.The flat was clean and decorated with antique furniture. The Eiffel Tower was also only a 20 minute walk away. There was also plenty of grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

Perfect mother/daughter vacation

My 18 year-old daughter and I had a wonderful two week stay at Marie's beautiful apartment. It was a perfect place from which to explore Paris. We were there for Bastille Day and enjoyed the proximity to the Eiffel Tower as well as the Bal des Pompiers that took place across the street from the apartment. Marie is an amazing host. We were so grateful for the ride from the airport upon arrival.

Lots of things to love

Great communication with Marie and her helpers. Perfect neighborhood, great apartment. So many nice touches. The coat hooks in the hall, the washer and dryer (wonderful), nice appliances. Near several grocery stores, close to the Metro. And the pickup from the airport was truly beyond our expectations. We loved our stay so much. We'll be back next time.

Charming and cozy stay in the 15th arrondissement

We had a lovely stay in this small but well- appointed apartment. The space is compact, but it is thoughtfully designed and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great and has easy access to public transport, cafes, and shops. The host , Marie was responsive and welcoming , making check -in with Xavier and communication smooth. While the apartment is on the smaller side and lacks a bathtub, its perfect for a solo traveler or a couple who don't mind a cosy space. A special highlight was the incredibly friendly neighbors who kindly gave us a tour of the ongoing renovations in the building. Their warmth and hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great option for a short stay in Paris!

Lovely Paris apartment

This is a great little Paris apartment! It had everything we needed to cook a few meals in and was close to the metro for going out. In a residential neighborhood - many butchers, bakeries, and pastry shops and a few restaurants/cafes within a couple of blocks. Marie is a great host and we felt well-cared for. We'll hopefully be back!

Just as promised

The flat is conveniently located with respect to the metro and we enjoyed the neighborhood. We found the flat comfortable and particularly appreciated being met at the airport and transported directly to our accommodations as part of the package.

Met all our expectations

Comfortable, well-kept flat in a lovely and safe neighborhood. Great shopping, restaurants, groceries, metro all very close by. Eiffel Tower and the Seine 20 minute walk away. Highly recommend. Airport pickup was wonderful.

Perfect Home Away from Home

We really enjoyed this apartment! The location is perfect with everything you need within close walking distance and a Metro stop just a few minutes away. It was well equipped with all the basics to prepare a quick meal or snack. It was very clean and we were very comfortable. It was fun to experience Paris as a local, running out for some bread, cheese, and wine all just a few steps from the building. And we were very thankful for the elevator! After a day exploring the city, I was happy not to have to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Marie was very responsive and helpful. We especially appreciated the airport pick up after our long overnight flight.

Lovely apartment near Commerce metro

The property was in a nice building and right next door to a MonoPrix, about a block and a half from the metro in a nice area. The apartment was great and we really enjoyed it - I’d stay there again. There was a complementary ride from CDG, which was great for tired overnight travelers.

Village atmosphere in a big arrondissement

We had a stress-free stay with everything we needed. The apartment is totally charming, clean, comfortable and very secure. We felt like locals for the short time we were there. Having the little supermarket next door was a bonus. Marie’s suggestions of places to eat were great.

We’re Coming Back

This apartment checks all the boxes for us. It’s a clean, simple, comfortable place to lay your head. Great location away from the tourists, but super easy to get around with the Metro #8 or #10 line. The owner is an excellent communicator and helped us book a ride at the end of our stay back to the airport. Great restaurants and stores nearby.

Perfect place for mother and daughter celebration

Every detail in this lovely flat is beautifully taken care of. From the planning and through out our stay, Marie responded with vital information and always right away. We met in Paris to celebrate a special birthday. The beds are super comfortable, plenty of hot water in a modern shower, very complete kitchen . I would highly recommend this place!

So Lovely!!

This apartment was just lovely. It was exactly as described. Very safe!! So many personal touches and a very comfortable bed. It is small, but you have everything you need. We walked to the Eiffel Tower and took the Metro everywhere else very easily. There are many good restaurants nearby, a fantastic cookie shop, and an Avis rental car just a few blocks away (we had an emergency and had to rent a car quickly!) Our host, Marie, is a delight to communicate with and she responds very quickly. She gave us every detail about our driver, Said (so, so nice!), who picked us up from CDG as well as our "greeter", Xavier (a delightful and charming young man with perfect English!!), who met us at the apartment. We arrived much later than we had anticipated and both men accommodated us with nothing but graciousness. We would absolutely come back here again and again!

A True Parisian Gem!

This quaint parisian apartment was the perfect place to experience the city of Paris!! I went to Paris for the 2024 Summer Olympic games. This apartment had everything I needed, and made me feel engulfed in the Parisian vibe. It was warming and charming, looked exactly as pictured!! I was out all day long and when I came back at the end of the day, I was able to relax and felt safe and secure. The apartment is in a perfect location, with a market a few doors down, a cafe a block away, and ice cream shop around the block (which I had ice cream for some of my dinners, lol ) behind the block is a small park to relax, and the Metro/subway station as well. The area had everything I needed. The apartment was well equipped, clean ,neat , and Marie had a instruction booklet that had immense information to answer and of your questions!! the apartment added to an amazing experience for my first time in Paris!! Marie was very helpful, and communication was prompt and easy. I Super highly recommend this property and it Host!! Thank you so very much again Marie!! Its a 100 out of ten!!!

Great location!

The apartment was just as described. Amazing location in a Parisian neighborhood, away from a sea of tourists. The ride from the airport was much appreciated and a super bonus after a long flight from Toronto!! Everything was spot on, close to a Metro. If you are travelling in summer, be aware it doesn’t have air conditioning. It’s a beautiful neighborhood with locals, good restaurants and shopping all in walking distance. It was perfect for our one week stay! Thanks Maria!

Elegant Getaway

Marie, the host, offers an apartment that immerses you in French culture. It is elegantly appointed with everything that one would need. From the moment her driver picked us up to the sad time we finally closed the door, we reveled in the location, provided information, beauty/culture, and true hosting of Marie. You will not regret booking this sweet spot. When we return, we’ll hope it’s available.
