Stylish townhome 5 minutes to I-15, I-80 and I-215; 15 minutes from the SLC airport, downtown Salt Lake City, beautiful hikes in the Wasatch range and most towns in the Valley. 30 minutes to Park City. 5 minutes to several grocery stores and shopping. Easy to use the UTA/TRAX transit system. Walk into a welcoming entryway equipped with a coat tree, sitting bench and shoe tray to host your belongings. The second floor has high ceilings and offers a large living room with a place for everyone to sit and relax, a smart TV, a chef’s kitchen and a few dining areas. It also has a cute half bath and a grilling patio overlooking the community green space. The third floor has two suites and a laundry closet. One suite has a king sized bed with a dedicated work space, smart TV, walk in closet and private bathroom. The second suite has a queen sized bed, a twin bunk bed, a walk in closet, private bathroom and an ironing board and an iron. Come enjoy!

Our family stayed here at Christmas time and had a great experience. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. It is a beautiful home and is very well centralized for all the things our family wanted to do. I would highly recommend as a place to stay.

This was a fantastic rental. The owner provided everything we needed as well as checking in on us throughout the stay to see if we needed anything. We had plenty of room and the decor was tastefully done and gave a homey feeling. The townhome was very well maintained. We will definitely stay there, if available, on our return visit.

The kitchen is well stocked with spices and cooking needs, unlike many other homes we have stayed in. Everything was very clean, warm and cozy. We didn't have a chance to use the fireplace. It was a little warm during our stay. The host was wonderful and very communicative. The restaurant suggestions she gave were perfect. The house is centrally located to lots of hiking, shopping, restaurants, tourist sites and the airport. We would love to stay there again in the future.

Everything went very well.. the place was neat and clean and very well stocked. Lots of spices, t paper and paper towels. We wanted for nothing. Easy check in and out. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who doesn’t have a problem with stairs

What a fabulous rental! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay The rental was very clean, spacious, and smelled very good when we walked in Absolutely adored the showers...love, love, loved the walk in closets and bathrooms (bedrooms too!)! Every space in the rental was fabulous Got a good workout going up and down the stairs to the Kitchen/living room, and bedrooms ss well! Just an fyi.Our host, Michelle was amazing!! Excellent communicator🩷 Very attentive and easy to converse with! We will definitely be booking again in the future! Thank you so much

Great spot for families!

Beautiful home and a short drive away from University of Utah. Coming from out of state, it was a good home away from home while we enjoyed all the graduation festivities in Salt Lake City.

Perfect for our group!

Very clean and great space. Quiet building, plenty of parking and the house was very well equipped with all of the essentials including the kitchen items (toaster, toaster oven, crockpot, griddle, grill, and more). Convenient to ski resorts!We will return to this house for future trips to the area. The bathrooms are through walk-in closets and there are barn doors for the walk-in closets - no problem for our group though as our stay was with our immediate family.

Utah Comfort

Loved the townhouse. Well equipped kitchen, comfy family room with tv and electric fireplace and beautiful beds with private baths. Would stay again on future trip to Salt Lake City!!! Great communication with the owner too!!

Great property

We had a great stay at this property. The check in process was easy and communication was good. The townhouse was immaculate and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable and the linens were really nice. The decor of the townhouse was really nice as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place!

Spent 10 days here on a family ski trip. Very spacious, well laid out, functional, well appointed, spotlessly clean and quiet. Never an issue parking directly in front of the unit. Michelle reached out several times to check on us and was always quick to respond. Location was central to everything. There really wasn’t much to do within walking distance but honestly that had very little impact on our stay. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

The property was just as described. Very comfortable & had everything you could need. Communication with Michelle was fast and easy. I will definitely stay here again, next time I am in SLC.

The garage is not accessible and neither are the owner’s closets with locked doors.
