Relax with the family or on a Corporate Stay at this peaceful house in McKinney, Texas. There is a big area for dogs literally right across the street so it's perfect for dog owners! It is 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A short 5 minute drive to the Allen Outlet Mall and Fairview. Coffee and a complimentary bottle of wine is included with your stay! There is a playground as well (roughly a 5 minute walk away) and lots of trails to walk on at night. Zero tolerance for parties. Parties will be broken up immediately and entire rental money will be forfeited and you'll be asked to leave. A $250-$750 fine will be administered if a house party is thrown.

The house was a duplex, which was not mentioned. The back yard did not have a pool but did have a pile of boards, some with nails. The sheets on the queen bed were wet as if they had not finished drying. I had to dry them. All of the bath mats were in the drier and I had to put them out. None of the smoke detectors seemed in working order, I'm fact one of them was just missing and wires were hanging down from the ceiling. There was some light damage to walls and some cob webs on fixtures. The host was nice and very responsive to communication.

Really enjoyed our stay. There is a cute little park across the street where we were able to walk the dogs. Clean property with a nice open kitchen/den area. Bedrooms are split away from each other so good for privacy. Will stay here again.

Good, nice duplex

It was nice, host was very attentive and had good communication. Stayed while having plumbing work done and needed somewhere with a yard for my dogs and a kitchen.

I had a great stay in this peaceful McKinney neighborhood. I especially appreciated the office and smart TVs in the home. Patrick is warm and responsive. Will return if I can!

Amazing experience!

Patrick was an amazing communicator and his VRBO was incredibly clean. The neighborhood is beautiful and thereā€™s tons to do in the area! Couldnā€™t recommend it more.

Great Location and Great Stay

The location is in a perfect spot! The house overall was clean. Iā€™m only giving 4 stars because there was mold in the master bathroom and the backyard was not mowed. Other than that no complaints! Patrick was very communicative with us and a great host!

Patrick was very friendly and very responsive with communication! Location and access to what we needed was spot on for us. Quiet community. Property was picked up clean but when we came in the smell of "wet dog" was very obvious. (We went out and purchased air fresheners as we were staying a full week!). The master bath shower has black mold/mildew and so we opted to use the second bathroom to take our showers (not a deal breaker but inconvenient). Some of the furniture could use a good dusting. I did find that I needed to scrub down the stove to want to actually cook. Just needed a deep cleaning. (some residual grease and a few pet hairs in the crevices). We thought it felt like a college duplex turned Vrbo. We took it as it was, Patrick was very responsive and I am sure he would have addressed any concern we had, we just chose to make it work for the week. I would rate this as a middle of the road property.

Wonderful

This place is absolutely perfect for what my family needs. Itā€™s less than an hour from Dallas, close to tons of shops and restaurants, very safe, sidewalks galore, quiet neighborhood, fenced yard, all good stuff. This was my second stay here and the only thing I donā€™t love is that the game table and the giant square table do take up quite a lot of the living space. Didnā€™t impact me that much but if you have more than one kiddo it might get tight. Still, house is great, yard is great, neighborhood is great, host is super communicative, check in and out are so smooth, really just great! Highly recommended!

Great extended stay

Patrick is great! He was gracious enough to let us extend our stay twice so we could help our family move in and do some unexpected renovations. We had our dogs with us and the backyard was the perfect size! Nice, quiet location central to a bunch of restaurants, grocery stores, and highways.

Beautiful home

We felt at home as soon as we walked in the door. It was clean and welcoming. They provided a welcome snack which we enjoyed! I loved the central location. It was a nice and quiet neighborhood. Thank you again for sharing your home with us during our difficult time.

Just what we needed

The location was perfect. The house was clean and it even had a little area across the street that my wife and I walked to get out morning exercise in. Met the owner and he was very nice also. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect Location

The house was exactly what we needed. Close to the PGA tourny and quiet neighborhood. Uber was only $5 vs the $25 parking at the Craig Ranch. The house needs a good cleaning out. It had a lot of personal items all around. I would stay again.

Great house, great location!

My husband, toddler & dogs stayed at this house for a week while we were in Texas and it was great! The host was super easy to communicate with, the location was excellent (Easy access to our family in McKinney, less than 45 mins to Downtown Dallas), the property was clean and has everything we needed. The only issue we had was that between the foosball table and the large table & chairs the living space was a little tight with five of us (two adults, a toddler + two large dogs) but we were rarely just hanging out at the house and thereā€™s a park literally right out the front door so it didnā€™t matter. :) Would definitely rent this place again!
